Let it be known that Alex J likes a good bargain and Walmart fits the bill on providing one. If you don't mind rubbing elbows with an occasional public outlier, then Walmart is your place to shop. This particular Walmart falls into a category of somewhere between a Target and a Dollar store. Maybe a lean toward the latter. Not too dumpy, but just enough to get you thinking hmmm, where have I seen this before. I'll tell you where, that mess of a dollar store across the 94. What an ugh that place is. The shelves are pretty well stocked and there is quite a variety from which to choose. Speaking of variety, you'll find it in the employees too. Some talkative, some not so much. Some friendly, some not so much. Some interesting, some VERY interesting. But before I get into trouble with the PC crowd I'll leave it at that. Even rich folk like to save a buck. So if you drive a Mercedes, there are plenty of parking stalls for you to park across. But then that would draw too much attention. You're better off letting your butler do the shopping. Quick Tip: Go to the bathroom before you leave the house. For the life of me I couldn't find one there. I guess that I could have kept looking, but it's hard to walk with your legs crossed. read more

Hudson WI Walmart has the worst customer service ever because me and my family have had issues with this employee Jason numerous times and we have complained to Walmart headquarters and we have told the store manager about him and nothing was done about his abusive behavior towards me and my family. Yesterday 2/12/26 me and my disabled daughter went into Walmart to cash a couple of checks and I asked this other employee if someone else could help us and she went over to Jason and he told her there is nobody else there to help us and then Jason came up to me and told me I shouldn't be in the store and I should be arrested for trespassing because Jason claimed me and my daughter have harassed him which is not true. My wife even said that Jason has talked about us behind our backs to other employees which is very unacceptable behavior. And before when I have returned items to Walmart Jason has given me a hard time about returning items. My wife called the manager yesterday to tell him about what happened and he didn't care at all about the way we were treated and told my wife they have the right to refuse service. Something should be done against this Walmart because the way Jason is getting away with treating me and my family is disgusting and very unacceptable. read more

We moved here from Oshkosh, where we had the most AMAZING Walmart store. After moving, I purchased the Walmart membership which provided free delivery. What an absolute joke! I should get my money back for the service received. On numerous occasions, I've placed orders with an early delivery time, only to be told over and over that it's delayed. I'm thoroughly completely fed up today. I placed my order this morning, and chose a 1-3 PM delivery. I was informed that it was delayed, and would be delivered at 4:10. It's now 10:56 PM, and I've not received my order. I called the store 15 minutes ago, was placed on hold, and then I was hung up on. I called back three times, and no one answered the phone. I'm tired of this bogus service, as this has repeatedly happened to me. I needed my order today, and once again, Walmart failed. Why am I paying for a service that I don't receive when Walmart schedules the delivery times? I've had too many orders that were not received on the day and time ordered, and I'm beyond frustrated. read more

I was going to buy the product that was in the purple box. I had seen them for $4.94 yesterday but decided not to. I came back today to purchase them for my sons room. I went up to the register rang them up and they were $25.00 I explained the way the price tag was right next to the product and how you could mistake the pricing. We asked if they were going to allow it since the actual price tag was hidden behind batteries they said they can't do anything and that it's their employees fault for misplacing the product. Folks Walmart is not the kind of business to expect anything but really cheap prices, on almost any product you can imagine. Busy stores like the Hudson Walmart probably sell close to $500,000 per day!!! The guy that is stocking the shelves doesn't care about collectibles or anything else. He is making $12 an hour to put them on the shelf why would he care if someone buy up the special ones?? For families such as mine Walmart is a God send. We bought our diapers and formula at Walmart and it saved us close to $80 per month over buying them in River Falls. I think Walmart is one of the best stores in the world and I am happy that I get to shop there. read more

Not sure why I continue to go back for more frustration at this Walmart--well because it is less than three miles from my house I guess. Just another one star on behalf of my last visit. I purchased two shirts from a Woodbury Walmart on Saturday. A hanes t-shirt for under 6.00 and a MN twin's shirt for 19.99---tags were still on both shirts I picked up the wrong size in both and tried to return these to my local walmart Monday for a gift card or exchange. I was told because they were purchased at a superstore---i had to return them to a superstore. I did not take my receipt. I am just lazy.....shame on me but more importantly SHAME ON YOU WALLY WORLD.......I THINK SAM IS PROBABLY ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE with the way you have been treating customers...not the business model he developed... read more

I have mixed feelings about this Walmart. I have had awful experiences, amazing ones, and ones where I don't even pay attention. This time was unfortunately not great. The customer service lead (yellow vest) was pretty rude to me right off the bat which gave me bad vibes all through the store. Then they didn't have one of the items I wanted which is NBD but didn't help matters, and when it came to my wait in line I felt my spirit leave my body while I was standing there it took so long. I almost reached over and took over for the cashier who looked like she could have been sleep scanning for how slow she was going. Oh well. Can't beat that low cost leader I suppose. Grabbed 2 of them and rand them up for $24.00 I showed them THEIR fuck up and no shits were given. Note a fan of Wal-Mart. I'd rather shop at target, but sometimes Wal-Mart just makes more sense. It's more affordable, they offer more items, I think, than target. Depending on what you're looking for. I was going to see about getting a nose ring out of the secure case In the jewelry department. There was one girl behind the counter. And she was helping an older man pick out a peice of jewelry. No worries, I just browsed around the department until she was free. As soon as she finished up with him, she came over right away, greeted me a smile and was very helpful. I appreciate that. So props to her, she rocks. This brings me to the check out. Can I get some pleasant customer service over here? Of course not, it's Wal-Mart. That's their down fall. The woman at the register rang up every single item of mine and hadn't said I've word to me. Not one. No "hi, how are you" or "Hows the weather" nothing. No acknowledgment of me as a customer. She spoke to me when she had to, to tell me the total. And to say a abrupt "thank you" as she passed me my receipt. Get your customer service together lady. Take some tips from the girl in the jewelry department. I was once a die hard Walmart shopper until I realized the Walton family is one of Americas richest families and although making billions of dollars they do little to help their employees or the US in general by buying most of their products overseas. The Walton families annual income is that of the entire country of Russia and if that doesn't scare you, realize with $ comes power and power they have and whether you realize it or not it DOES affect your life. When they don't pay their employees the State pays for Medicare and that comes out of YOUR pockets...not Walmarts. They buy products overseas and have singlehandedly shut down 60,000 American companies. And you believe in the 'trickle down' effect? Walmart cares about nothing but making money and destroying anything that comes in its path including our Country. Was in the Hudson, WI Walmart today and reminded why I go to Target. Had ordered a ring since Walmart had the best price. Mind you when I ordered the ring the service wasn't great but not terrible. After waiting 10 days longer than I was told the order would take I finally got the call that it had arrived and I could pick it up anytime. I went to the jewelery counter, that did not have an employee at it as usual, to pick the ring up. After looking around for someone to help me for 5 minutes I finally saw a group of 3 managers chatting and as I approached them to ask for help they turned and walked into the back before I could say anything but one of them saw me coming before walking away. I went back to the counter to wait and employee after employee came over, asked what I needed and proceeded to tell me they had to call a manager. After waiting for 20 more minutes a 5th employee walked over and of course had to call a manager. 30 minutes has now gone by and finally a manager comes. She happens to be one of the women that were chatting in the group when I first walked in. I almost told her to keep the ring and I would pay more to get it some where that actually cared about the people who shop in their store. This store consistently has terrible service and even when I have talked to a manager nothing is said, barely an apology. If you can help it go somewhere else! read more

Do not use wal-mart photo center here or at any wal-mart. They demand a photo release form for any "posed" photos that look like they were professionally taken. We had wedding pictures taken and they would not allow us to print the pictures because they needed a release form even though there was no indication that one was required as the pictures didn't have any water marks or any photographers name on there. Point being, anyone can take good "posed" pictures if they spend the money on a good camera and even with a half way decent one, there's always photo editing software to make pictures look great. Also, they employees were rude and would not listen. NEVER EVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN!!! Unless there's something indicating they were professionally taken then go to hell as it's none of your damn business. read more

I wasn't aware that i needed to show my idea so when she mumbled "blah blah blah" under her breath i asked, "what was that?" which she responded with an overly bitchy loud slow tone "I NEED YOUR ID!" and when i gave it to her she tossed it back to me. Wow I'm sorry your job sucks but don't take it out on me. I felt like a hurt puppy feeling like i was somehow in the wrong for shopping at the store.
