We came here to pick up an order and decided to check it out. The store was very chaotic and because I had to do a return the line was very long and it looked like there was a conflict going on in the front counter that was very loud and the worker was having a hard time helping the person calm down. It seemed they were short staffed so it made people wait for a very long time. Eventually we go tot the front and it took a few minutes to get our item returned but the line was still long. read more

Went to Walmart Blaine to purchase a winter coat. There was not much to choose from. Since the remodel the verify of items has really gone done. It's also out of popular items. I've gone in twice know and they still don't have items that l wanted to purchase. read more

This is specific to dog treats. I prefer this Walmart, but Corporate did not let me review their change in dog treats - W-mart used to sell chew sticks wrapped in chicken. My dog loved them. they discontinued the 3rd party treats and now have their own Ol'Roy. (Hat's off to Ol'Roy cause Wall's dog was Roy.) My dog does not like replacement treats. in the past, I've purchased $200 batches of chicken wrapped sticks at a time. Since Walmart replaced them, I tried one batch of ol'roy. my dog does not like thme and need to coax her to eat. I will not buy Ol'Roy ever again. will look for something my dog loves. She loves Ol' Roy dog food, but hates Ol' Roy chew sticks. Tragic disappointment. It might not be too late to bring back the chickent-wrapped sticks to save customers who are not brave enough to post their disappointment. My dog thinks these chew sticks suck. read more

I found anything that I needed, but sometimes my phone's Walmart App is confusing me when I tried typing Vicks Humidifier 3-in-1 machine and we can't find it anywhere else that frustrated me. I don't understand why app and in store showed different...I sometimes felt like internet was not accurate enough to me. read more

Worst WalMart....that's not a stretch. The workers in this store are either untrained or untrainable. They just do NOT give a darn about assisting a customer. I went in to purchase a fishing license and a few other items for my boat. There was a box on the counter where fishing licenses are sold with a sign, "Press for assistance". I pressed and a voice said, "An associate will be with you shortly". After ten minutes I pressed it again with the same reply. Pressed it three more times and decided to ask an associate as several had walked right past me. The young man I asked for help just shrugged his shoulders and said," I can't do that, press the button". The second one I asked to please get me some help just kept walking and stated, "I'm not trained for that"! WHAT??? Not trained to ask your supervisor to get someone to assist a customer!!!!! Incredible laziness on management for not training their associates and laziness on the associates for being CLASS A jerks. Good riddance to you Wal Mart. I went to Fleet Farm and had a fishing license in less than ten minutes. They and other retailers will get my future business. WalMart does not value either their employees enough to train them or their customers enough to assist them with a purchase. My neighbor has a similar story and thinks Wal Mart is incapable of training their hires. I agree. read more

**PLEASE BRING GROCERY PICK UP TO THIS STORE!** People are going insane and too far with the panic. Stocking up and hoarding supplies so others can't get it? That's terrible. If others can't sanitize and clean as well - you're allowing those in need to be vulnerable. Sure, you're good, but not letting others have the chance to protect themselves is just absurd. The elderly and those with compromised systems are unable to keep themselves safe due to this. As for the toilet paper... I was 100% out and the aisle was similar to a zombie apocalypse. Toilet paper? Seriously? How does this help anything? It's such a shame that I couldn't get toilet paper for my family member that is having a problem with their bowels. Good thing there's one ply toilet paper that scratches the bum. Rant aside, I love this Walmart. People are very kind when you first walk in. The sweet cashier I had Tuesday (2/10/2020) was the absolute sweetest. I wish I asked for her name. When having anxiety going into stores especially when it's busy, I felt bad for all of my items I was purchasing but she reassured me that she gets the same way and people like me help "keep her busy" so that brought me instant relief! When I went to the Gardening section to inquire about something, there wasn't an employee present... or anywhere near the area. The only people I saw for the duration of my 3 hour excursion were people dressed up (like managers?) with ear pieces or walkie talkies either showing others (that were dressed up) or roaming solo on a mission. This was a bit of a bummer, but maybe it's due to the circumstances going on. Either way, this location has all the things I could ever need. **PLEASE BRING GROCERY PICK UP TO THIS STORE!** This would bring this store to 5 stars! It would be incredible if they had the option for pick up for those, like me, that have a hard time being in social situations. read more

I used to be pretty loyal to Target and pick up most of what I needed, but they were always out of everything all the time. At least a lot of the things I needed. So I switched to the big mega Walmart. This one never seems to be overwhelmingly busy even during busy times. That must explain while the items I need always seem to be there. A sea of selection and fully stocked shelves is what I was looking for and the prices are fair and sometimes really cheap. I signed up for the price matcher. If they find a lower price elsewhere they will add the difference to your account. I have already accrued $16. Not bad. I do wish they had paper bag instead of the cheap gray plastic bags, but we use those for garbage so it all works out in the end. Some of the employees can be rude, like the lady dealing with a return I had looking me up and down and having an attitude right off the bat. It was early too. Oh well. This one always seems to be well stocked for my shopping needs. read more

Not many Walmarts in the metro area make me want to return. But this Walmart is awesome...I have never felt unsafe in store or in parking lot. Many employees are older which I respect. Wellstocked and safe..m hope this Walmart never changes! read more

Right off of 35W, big parking lot;but more a semi truck parking area than customer parking (at least on the day I went here). Sure, there's plenty of room for everyone but do you have to park your 18 wheeler sideways and block the view of the patron parking area? I guess you do. For someone who drives for a living, I am surprised that a professional driver would park in an area that obstructs the driving vision of patrons. Well, maybe not at a Walmart. read more

I was in need of a cellular telephone for my trap business. Customer service is my number one priority and a trap phone is a necessity for communications with clients. I asked a employee what kind of phone she would recommend for trapping and she recommended a $50 Android. It's lacks some of the higher quality materials but has all the features of the nicer phones. Snapchat runs fast but the camera quality is poor so my product isn't fully expressed on my story. All in all it was a great purchase from a great store. I'll definitely recommend this Walmart for any of your trap needs! read more

This store has awful customer service. No one in the aisles to help and when I asked at the checkout for an item to be brought up because I couldn't reach the item on the very top shelf the cashier informed me she can't call for the item because she doesn't have a walkie. She then says I can stand around and wait for a supervisor to become available who has a walkie. Really! I tell her I have waited in the checkout line already and have no plans to wait longer. She puts her light on and when she is on my last item the supervisor joins us. I tell her to forget it I will get the item elsewhere. read more

I stopped by the deli to get some turkey breast and cheese, Julius came out to assist me. I told him I had a gluten allergy and asked can he clean the slicer before he slices my order. Julius cleaned the slicer so we'll I was amazed at his attention to detail in making sure it was spic & span clean. I definitely wasn't expecting that. Julius was also very kind and explained to me why he cleaned it so thoroughly, he stated that he takes allergies very serious that is why he went over and beyond to clean the slicer. I had a great experience at Wal-Mart because of his exceptional customer service. Thanks Julius for making sure my turkey breast & cheese had no cross contamination of gluten! read more

I'm not sure what the deal is with the employees at this store, but SO many have an attitude and are very rude. It happens every single time. They act like they're doing you a favor to help you. Also, no one seems to know anything about merchandise...if they have it, where it is, etc. - and I'm even talking about people who work specifically in the department of the item you're looking for. I'm literally blown away that this is even possible, especially from stock people!!! One more reason to avoid Wal-Mart in general, but especially this one!!!! I do not know about you, but I don't care to be treated like a piece of dirt, especially from people whose wages I'm paying by patronizing their store!!! Get a clue, Wal-Mart!!!!!! read more

This store advertised it was open until 6pm on 12/24/19 ~ however they stood outside the door and hollered at customers across the parking lot that no one could enter after 5:30pm! I have never seen customers treated like that. They should be honest and post their closing time at 5:30 so customers don't waste their time driving to the store. Better yet, inform customers when they enter that the registers will be shut down at 6:00pm so the customer can make an informed decision to shop elsewhere. I just want to post a positive review for the Vision Center located within the Wal Mart in Blaine, MN. Specifically regarding a very nice encounter with an associate there who replaced a screw to hold the bow onto my broken glasses. She was so helpful, quick and surprised me with replying "no charge" when I asked " How Much?" I will utilize their other services for sure! read more
