They are all doing well This place has a large variety of plants, from flowers to trees, from fruits to vegetables, from shrubs to bushes to vines. It's a really fun place to look around if you are into plants. The prices are a little higher than the other stores, but the quality of plants I get are worth it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a loyalty program, the Hedge fund, that you can earn points and turn them into in-store credit. They also offer free gardening classes on saturdays Some of their other gardening things (soil, fertilizer, pots etc) are quite expensive, so I do price-check with other places first.

It took weeks more. we were told they would do good finishing work. They left the pond looking bad. we had to find paint and plants to distract from the negative appearance. We believe it was a time when the owner was possibly overwhelmed and had employee issues. It was not a satisfactory experience.

The succulents are reasonably priced based on rarity and size. It was a little unconventionally and a test of patience to pay by check and wait for them to receive the check before they would process the order but it was well worth the wait. I've ordered succulents from quite a few places and Daniel's has the best shipping rate and best packaging to keep the succulents from tumbling around and getting damaged during the shipping process. The succulents arrived undamaged. All through the process, Daniel sends personal emails to let you know when each milestone is met (order received, payment received, package shipped). We purchased several large trees from Big Trees Nursery and the service was excellent. The…read moreinstallation went smoothly and they sent someone at regular intervals for 6 months to check on the trees. About a year later, I noticed that one of the trees looked (to me) to be unhealthy, maybe even dying. I called Big Trees and they sent someone out quickly to assess the tree's health. It turned out the tree probably just needed more water and Pedro said he would come back in a couple of months to check - after leaving instructions for increased water. I was not charged for the visit even though it was a year after the sale. Now that is service!

The bouquet was very small -equivalent to a $50 bouquet (as seen on their website), the vase wasn't the one that I picked out, I paid for a balloon they neglected to deliver (they did deliver two balloons the next day-anticlimactic). I like to support our local businesses, but I will have to reconsider it the next time I order flowers.
