Walmart is a deceptive and peculiar shop. From the outside one would expect it to be your typical supermarket, with a fruit aisle and smiley workers walking around happy to direct you to the baked beans. This Walmart is less like your weekly shop and more like a testosterone-filled warehouse where you go to get cheap kitchen scissors. I suppose for all the DIY folks out there it's an ideal shopping spot. I did manage to find what I needed (binbags, shower gel and suncream if you were wondering) but the experience was not the all-American one that'd been described to me and so it's with a heavy heart that I must pledge myself a Target girl.

Media hora en línea con dos personas al frente y solo una preguntando quién quiere retornos porque no sabe hacer más nada

Nunca tienen suficiente personal y los que tienen no sirven para nada mal servicio al cliente y nunca saben nada te trataron con mala actitud

The store itself looks very new, very well organized and that excited me since most of the stores I have attended seem to be out dated. I found it very easy to find what I needed on my visits, but I also witnessed a staff member berating another. Not appropriate! I witnessed this on two different occasions of being in the store by the same person. She should be ashamed of herself and the executives in this store should be reviewing store policies with staff because if I could have found one she would have been reported. This could be a great store if they re train.

    Moving supplies.

This Macy's is honestly huge in my opinion (not quite like NYC but it's up there!). I come here year round and they seem to always have deals. Their women's dress section is huge -- it feels like they've got something for every occasion, same with their shoe, jewelry, makeup, bedding, and home sections! Honestly I feel like they have it all? I can only imagine how hard it might be to keep up with stock and yet everytime I'm there, it feels fully stocked and organized. Sometimes you have to walk a little to find a register with someone working it, but that's the price you pay for finding good deals! I just went last night for some casual Christmas shopping all to find an ENTIRE SECTION of quality Christmas stuff at 70% off. I almost thought it was a mistake. A happy Sophie indeed.

I have bought many sweaters as well as Summer clothing from this location and the things that I have bought have always been of excellent quality. I get a lot of Macy's coupons in the mail and they always come in handy when I am shopping here. I score some good deals in the store with the sales they run here as well as with the coupons that I receive. I also enjoy shopping the cosmetic counters at this location and the sales clerks behind the counters always have excellent product recommendations for skincare, cosmetics and fine fragrances. The store is always neat, clean and products nicely arranged so the store is very pleasant to shop in. I always look forward to visiting this location.

I feel terrible that I can not recall his name but in a world of seemingly all retail workers being rude recently this man is a standout . He was so incredibly kind and helpful and I hope on future visits he will be there up front again. So incredibly grateful for this- I have relayed the incredible customer service to multiple friends and family . 100% will be back soon mostly because of the service I got from this young man. I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

Some months ago I was looking for a particular cosmetic item. I wandered into Neiman Marcus and was greeted by staff at the front of the store. They didn't have what I wanted but they were charming and friendly all the same, and although I didn't really go into Neiman enough to review then, I want to give credit where it is due. This weekend, however, I was on a mission. And that mission was shoes. (Granted, it's often my mission, I even have a blog about shoes.) I was not my finest. It is THE MALL. So I shunned my Feragamos for some comfy Rockports (if you want to wear those stilettos you love so much in old age, you don't want to wear them ALL THE TIME. Your feet with thank me) and did a little couture-a-thon. I love the Natick Collection, on whole, because you can visit all of these high end shops and departments stores without looking and acting like a snob and still receive genuine, warm customer service. Except, apparently, at Neiman Marcus. The "gentleman" in the shoe department did not acknowledge my presence, despite the fact that I was lingering and checking out shoes for a while. I didn't expect attention right away, as he was catering to another woman when I walked over, but when another woman appeared some time after me, in a perfectly pressed shirt and Tory Burch flats he IMMEDIATELY flitted over to her and asked if she needed any help, abandoning the first woman. Um. HELLO. I'm right here. It was a very "Pretty Woman" moment. I looked over to him and the look he shot back at me felt like disdain. This, of course, was hysterical. I really hope this guy makes commission, because I spend more on shoes than some people spend on cars and houses. I headed over to men's where my shopping companion was having a much friendlier experience and told him the story. For shame, Neiman Marcus, for shame. Additionally, the selection was very sparse. Only a few pair from any given designer, and, in many cases, not the most recent offerings from that designer. Did I mention my obsession with shoes yet? Anyway, I won't be back. Ever. PS Dear Shoe Guy: You sell shoes. Get off your high horse. Also, you are WAY too old for that hair. (In other news, I CLEANED UP at Nordstrom.)

For this reason, it is a long drive to get to Natick and shop there. It was well worth it, we were warmly greeted by a very attentive Victoria in the fragrances section. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted although she insisted that we keep a open mind and try the scent of other *creed* scents. We tried them, and were pleasantly surprised as to the variety. Victoria was excellent, engaging, and courteous. Customer service is difficult, Neiman Marcus clearly has the training down as i did observe all other representatives performing the same routine with lots of attention and quality. Previous reviews and lower star reviews have a common theme, and it is that the person feels as if net-worth dictates treatment. That the representative or the staff must cater to your arrogance level. "I have this, i spend this, therefore you should treat me better than anyone else" It's absurd and toxic to the community.
