Thank you Walmart Auto center for today's fast & courteous service. This WM Auto care is the best one in a 7 mile radius. The Rancho Cucamonga one does not come close. WM offers several tiers of high quality oils for your oil change. The techs are neat and clean and have experience . I purchased my Goodyear Reliant tires here and they were half the price of the Costco ones and are outperforming those Bridgestones that were twice as expensive. I'm a WM plus member (Like Amazon Prime but For Walmart) The tire rotations are included in the extended warranty. The counter help is always polite and happy to answer any questions. Stay far away from this place for your tire needs. Got 2 tires at a time within two months apart and delivered to this place and they did not balance all the the tires at the last installation. Got on the highway and was driving wobbly and all over the place. Took it back the following day and was told I need to pay for balancing of the front, which I had previously did. Mentioned the lifetime balancing policy to them and they changed their tuned. Supposedly, they call themselves balancing all four, but that was not the case. Got on the highway the second time and my car is still doing the same thing. Now, I have to go to a tire place and pay for service. I'm pissed! read more

On more than one occasion the employees at the auto center have totally wasted my time for reasons that would best be characterized as systematic incompetence. This last one was the worst of all and because of it I will most certainly never go back there and firmly advise anyone else looking to get an oil change or any other auto service to seek other options. I just came in with my car after work to get an oil change. The guy told me he didn't think it would take them that long. They sent me a text message notifying me my car had been checked in. I waited for two hours and all the while noticed my car had not been looked at. When I asked the guy at the desk about when my car would be serviced it turned out that my order had been inexplicably cancelled. No reason provided on the cancellation. I had been outside on the phone for nearly an hour and the guy said something about maybe they thought I had left... but they had my key. And my car was there the whole time. He said I should have been notified about the cancellation by text, but of course I was not. So basically I waited for 2 hours for no reason whatsoever and the best explanation I could get was: "We cancelled your order and it's not clear why." Never again. read more

Horrible been there for 3 hours because my appointment was cancelled because my tires weren't there supposedly but in reality they were and they couldn't put me first and they took forever looking to get the tires off the rims and balancing them while they all talked never ever coming back here don't even want to add a star even the guy at the register kept asking me if I wanted them installed today I said yes then he asked me again like come on man will Walmart care about this review nope they won't read more

Fair Service at Service desk. A bit sluggish with each staff member who checked me in. Service techs are all slow at what they do but effective. Just had new tires mounted and balancing done then rotation months later. Same lengthy wait for it to be done. It was done correctly though. read more

Horrible Walmart Auto Care Center service appointment at 10 am today it is 2:20pm and still Diana was the lady at Walmart auto care center she looks not happy and not the friendliest they never told me that it was going to take over 3+ hours just to change install tires!!! Am still waiting I had to go pick up my kids and they just now put my car inside but they only have one tech what is the point of making an appointment and waiting here all-day.. all week before I tried to walk in but I was not able do to needing an appointment I get one for today at 10 am and don't get services till hours after!!!! read more

Oil change took an hour and 15 minutes. The day after, my car started smoking and when I went to check, it was due to the oil cap popping off. Another woman had the same problem as me when I was in the waiting area. Disappointed. read more

Wow....if only I had read the reviews on here first before wasting my time in coming to this location.....came at 3 on Sunday afternoon. They close at 7:30 but according to the lady who said they weren't doing anymore oil changes, it depends on how many orders they have. Either way, that's not a good way to do business as it gives different appearances. I will not be coming back to this ridiculousness as if they're that slow at taking 3 hours to change oil, then maybe Walmart should look for a new crew as it should never be like that. Mom and pop stores are packed with people and they're able to get everyone out within an hour. Pitiful read more

Currently waiting for my tires to be changed but wanted to give this place 5 stars because of how sweet the ladies have been at the auto care desk. This is my third time here this week (tires weren't available and eventually ordered online just to make sure they'd be there for installation), but each time Jennifer has helped me and although it seemed evident she was a bit flustered with how crazy busy this place gets, she was super personable, kind and very helpful. Today there's another lady with her and they're both extremely kind and informative. Here's to hoping my tire installation is as great as their costumer service! read more

I will give three stars for friendly customer service and being on time. I took my car in this morning for an oil change. My front tire was low and we all know that they are suppose to check tire pressure. According to the paperwork they did check it. Take way to long for simple oil change or tires over 4 hour wait go somewhere else and pay a few extra bucks not worth it

This place is so incredibly slow for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't know if they are understaffed or what. My car has been sitting in the oil change bay for 45 minutes with the hood popped. There is one other car in the other bay and two workers. It's been one hour and 45 minutes total. I'm using jiffy lube next time. Most of the time they are about 15 minutes of no other car is there and it's only $10 more for a standard oil change. read more

The experience I had here in the auto department has been the worst service I've ever received in my life. I don't even have the energy to go into detail about all the mistakes they've made and outrageous wait times they've quoted me.
