Everything went smoothly…read more.. I arrived about 1030 am on a Saturday, roughly two weeks ago. I was greeted by the store manager Sean. I explained to him my situation... He gave me a great price on two new tires, wiper blades and an oil change. I thought I needed a ride because the service would take all day. But nope, Sean said we can get you in right now. All services provided were fulfilled in 90 minutes. I saw William working on my car and he was the only one working on my car. I did not see him leave my car at any point to work on another car which was refreshing. I love it how this station has it where you can see all of what's going on with your car while service is taking place. It seemed like after I arrived several cars were starting to pull up all at one time. Well luckily for me I was in and out by noon day. The station is located off the super busy Battlefield Blvd. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance and a restaurant right next door. I have been bringing my car here for years and have yet to experience any brow raising issues. I read some of the other reviews...so proceed with caution. But IMO I love it here. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Great service. Prompt. Courteous. Professional…read more Initially went in to have my front tires replaced due to tread wear. The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.

I asked him if he was busy he said only about ten minutes however another guy took my tire off and put a used tire on my car that had less tread on it than my tire he did this without asking me the way I found out was when he gave me the bill for fifty dollars after explaining to him I did not put used tires on my car and asking him to put my tire back on he started telling me a lie about my tire (take into consideration that I just had an inspection sticker put on at the dealership) pushing the jack under my car really hard and I could hear it hitting against metal so I told him to stop, Thinking that the guy that I trusted would clear up the issue was a mistake he told me that he would still have to charge me for labor? He did put my tire in my car when I asked him to give me my tire that was in a pile of other tires for some reason white X's was put on mine? Now I have to go and pay for my tire to be replace and disposal of the tire that was put on my car by that person? I hope that the Fifty dollars was helpful because they will not get anymore money from me. WHY DID someone PUT WHITE X's ON MY TIRE THAT WAS TAKEN OFF MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION? THIS WAS CRAZY!!!!
