I explained the situation in detail, and he listened, expressed genuine concern, and apologized. He assured me he would address the issues with his team. Today, I returned to have my tires aligned, and the service was professional, efficient, and courteous. Bryce once again apologized for my previous experience. It's rare to find a manager who takes customer feedback so seriously and works to make things right. Bryce is the reason I came back--and the reason I'll continue to be a customer here.

I recognize this is a business and they do generate some sales from the state inspection but the experience is night and day between this place and a dealer. The tires on my car were getting low (still passed inspection) and they suggested I should consider getting new tires and let me go with a price sheet of tires available to me. I genuinely appreciated this no-pressure method. In the past when I did my inspection, there were a few instances of needing minor things, but still, no high pressure dealer sales garbage. Not only is this a 24 hour Wal-Mart Superstore it is located right next to Sam's Club and Chesapeake Square Mall as well as other shopping. I needed an oil change and didn't want to go thru the hassle of making an appointment at the dealership and waiting forever while my car is serviced! Wal-Mart did me right yesterday. While they did not have exactly what I need they were able to provide an alternative. Good to know for future visits! The gentleman, Marquis (spelling may be inaccurate) assisted me within seconds of walking into the Auto Center. After telling him what service I needed, he was most helpful in providing top notch customer service. The center seems a bit shorthanded, but everyone that entered and exited I saw was treated fairly and within a reasonable time frame. There is a waiting area for customers with seats and a television. The TV was a bit challenged. I guess there antenna signal wasn't too strong. The TV was going in and out in and out. Overall, I suggest you check out this Auto Center and see how they can accommodate your vehicle needs. Have fun and enjoy life :)

We brought my significant other's car here to get an oil change. First of all, one of the mechanics…read morekept trying to tell my S.O. that his brakes and rotors would fail inspection, and then the quote that he gave him to have it repaired in this shop was monstrous. My S.O. and his dad ended up pulling the tires off the car and planned on doing the brakes & rotors today themselves, and would you believe the brake pads were almost new. It was strange anyways, because there was some work done on his car a couple years ago dealing with the brakes, but that's something that he doesn't just decide to look at to check on them periodically. In summary, if you go here and you know nothing about cars (which is the majority of us), don't let them do anything huge, as they may or may not be trying to slide a fast one on you. Go to a trusted mechanic. It's so disappointing that there are people out there like this. What a bummer, but I'm glad my S.O. knows how to do car repairs so we didn't have to shell out almost $1k.

After checking the schedule, an older technician blankly told me that if I planned to drop off the vehicle, it wouldn't get done today. While I understand scheduling limitations, it felt too early in the day to be turning customers away without offering any alternatives--especially in such uncomfortable conditions. Who in their right mind would sit and wait in a sauna-like environment just for an oil change? The overall experience was disappointing. I hope management takes steps to address both the lack of basic comfort and the unwelcoming attitude.
