This morning, I noticed my car was unusually bumpy and turned around to check. Upon inspecting the…read moretire, I discovered it was flat due to a nail puncture. I managed to switch it to the spare and called Tire Choice on Western Branch Blvd to see if they could patch it. I was able to walk in, and while there was a bit of a wait, they efficiently got me in and patched the tire. Ryan, Austin, and Dennis were all incredibly helpful throughout the process--I can't say enough good things about them. The cost was only $25.89, and they not only patched the tire, but also removed my spare and put the repaired tire back on for me. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and a TV, which made the wait more bearable. I'm especially grateful that they are open on Sundays, as most other tire shops are closed. I highly recommend Tire Choice if you ever need a tire patched!

These guys are crooks. Stay away…read more Took my car in because I was having trouble getting the serpentine belt back on my CR-V after changing the alternator. They said it needed a new tensioner. That didn't really agree with what I saw, but I figured the car's an 07, a new tensioner wouldn't hurt. They charged $227.51 in parts for the tensioner, which is at least double the going rate for that part. Also $255 in labor. The thing mounts with 3 bolts. Make it 6 bolts since you probably need to take out the power steering pump. I'm sure they decided to maximize labor by unnecessarily taking out the engine mount, way to think outside the box there. Not only that, they charged $158 for the belt itself. A serpentine belt for that car is, at most, $50. Takes 5 minutes to put on as long as you've got the right tool. I get that the idea here is to make a profit, but this is straight up gouging. I pointed it out to the guy running the desk and he helpfully reminded me that I couldn't get the belt back on myself. It's fine. They clearly need the money more than I do. This had become my go-to shop for our two cars, but I won't be coming back now. I hope they make that $750 last.

They did the recall repairs (which included an anti-theft recall that was too late because someone already tried to break in and steal my car once and the alarm didn't work) they charged me over $200 for a diagnostic when I declined the repair suggested. The estimate they provided was $1200 for parts and one hour of labor. I purchased parts for $230 and my mechanic did the repairs for the cost of their labor ($80+). I will gladly give my money to some place that isn't making people pay for the showroom attached to the service area by making them pay for time they didn't use to get any repairs. Shady. If you want a reliable place, don't look here unless it's under warranty. Very dissatisfied with the outcome of this trip.

They left one car unlocked on their lot overnight and it was completely torn apart (all the papers from glove compartment thrown around while etc. while looking for valuables to take. When I told them about this they just kind of shrugged and were like "oh well". Now I pick another car up to find its windows were just left down by them. If this is the type of outward car for the cars I can only imagine the neglect going on under the hood. Go anywhere else for service
