I managed to switch it to the spare and called Tire Choice on Western Branch Blvd to see if they could patch it. I was able to walk in, and while there was a bit of a wait, they efficiently got me in and patched the tire. Ryan, Austin, and Dennis were all incredibly helpful throughout the process--I can't say enough good things about them. The cost was only $25.89, and they not only patched the tire, but also removed my spare and put the repaired tire back on for me. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and a TV, which made the wait more bearable. I'm especially grateful that they are open on Sundays, as most other tire shops are closed. I highly recommend Tire Choice if you ever need a tire patched!

They did the recall repairs (which included an anti-theft recall that was too late because someone already tried to break in and steal my car once and the alarm didn't work) they charged me over $200 for a diagnostic when I declined the repair suggested. The estimate they provided was $1200 for parts and one hour of labor. I purchased parts for $230 and my mechanic did the repairs for the cost of their labor ($80+). I will gladly give my money to some place that isn't making people pay for the showroom attached to the service area by making them pay for time they didn't use to get any repairs. Shady. If you want a reliable place, don't look here unless it's under warranty. Very dissatisfied with the outcome of this trip.

I left off a star because honestly I believe they knew what the problem was before they asked me if I wanted them to run a coolant system test after they realized it wasn't any leaks! The front desk person mentioned the cap being one of the possibility issues as well after realizing there were no leaks. But I can't say for sure because I can't prove it,but I have a gut feeling I'm correct on my beliefs. But I'll eat this one this time!!!.. I know time is money so they felt they had to charge me for more than a radiator cap, which I felt was overpriced for what they charged me for it!. It all boils down to this, ultimately they charged me for a service they knew I didn't need and that is dishonesty in its worst form just to make a buck!
