I had a hundred questions and they never got impatient or short with me. They also worked closely with my insurance adjuster so the whole process went very smoothly and with little to no stress. Took about a week and a half to two weeks to get my van back and it's as good as new. They didn't leave anything gross in or on my car, in fact I'm almost 100% sure they vacuumed it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the desk. She was nice. Funny too. The office is neat and has chairs to sit and wait, drinks and candy. Way better than most shops I've been to. I'm so happy I ventured here. It is local and the staff is wonderful. The waiting area is separate from reception but was clean and had a TV and coffee available. They did a nice job and were prompt and friendly.
