My car got towed here when I hit a deer on 58. Completely wrecked the front end of my car. First off, the people there are really nice. I had a hundred questions and they never got impatient or short with me. They also worked closely with my insurance adjuster so the whole process went very smoothly and with little to no stress. Took about a week and a half to two weeks to get my van back and it's as good as new. They didn't leave anything gross in or on my car, in fact I'm almost 100% sure they vacuumed it! My wife's car received a terrible door ding from a lady in a parking lot. It was an accident and her insurance paid for it without any problem. Our car is a 2018 Subaru Forester with a metallic cherry red paint and clear coat. We took the car to Rob at Knox Automotive and he told us that it would be 3-4 days to complete the repair and paint. The car was finished on time, and you can't tell where it was repaired or any sign of paint match. The car looked like it had just rolled out of the Subaru showroom! I used to do body and paint work years ago, and if I couldn't tell where it was repaired, no one could ! I will never take any of my cars to anyone but KNOX AUTOMOTIVE ! Thanks Rob ! I would rather hitchhike, or take the public's transportation; instead of ever giving them my business again. I would not recommend any one that is african american take their vehicle for any services to this extremely racist business. They messed up the paint on my car!! They are using cheap paint. All the positive reviews they have are from caucasian individuals. These people treated me like a dog. Talked to me extremely disrespectful. They took my money and when I told them that I was not happy with the results they did nothing about it. They did not try to work with me at all. Had a sideswipe repaired here and they did an excellent job. The repair looked like new. Paint was blended in so smoothly you couldn't tell where new began. They were pleasant to work with, very good at communicating and got the job done on time. I got four estimates and theirs was the lowest by 20%. Couldn't ask for more. read more

They are kind and courteous, I went in expecting to have to file a claim and/or pay mega bucks out of pocket to have my door repaired due to a mindless mistake and Robert did it then and there (and rather quickly) as a courtesy. Tires were mounted and balanced wrong, vehicle had issues with every system they touched and had to have another shop properly fix. Shop verified issues with the maintenance. Would not recommend if you are looking for full quality hands on maintenance that you look for in Mom and pop shops. Similar maintenance quality and price can be done at a chain place like sears. Sears will provide warranty work at least when issues are identified. read more

Horrible customer service. This is the absolute worst shop I have ever been to. I came here to get my car fixed and they told me it would be ready Friday. I've waited 2 weeks now because they keep ordering the wrong parts. Then when I finally get my car back the fender and door don't match the hood, quarter panel, or the freaking bumper. Tried to get my state inspection sticker here. Called about an hour after they opened and they told me they don't have any spots open until tomorrow and just hung up on me. What's the hell man. No problems recommending this business. Daughter needed major front end repair, insurance declared it "totaled" to avoid paying for repair. They fixed it under what the insurance company gave her and did a great job. I've also brought my truck here after nailing a deer and was very happy with the work. read more

Don't deal with these people especially Rob, still have same issues with car after half done repair. Called on phone after second repair attempt, still waiting for his return call.Had to contact Insurance Company. He really don't want to hear your concerns after a half fix, just want the money for the job. Had small issues before on another vehicle but decided to give him another chance because he was a local shop. Always act like he is extremely busy when you start complaining about issues, maybe not take on so much work if you are going to half fix people cars in a hurry and not fix them right the first time. Have condersation in light that was ordered and put in by his shop after repairing front bumper, I am a woman so I guess I shouldn't no what I am talking about but someone didn t seal something correctly and light now have condersation and keeps blowing out for the second time. Not enough decently to try to solve issues, return my phone call or needing to have him look at car for the third time, just assumed they fixed it right the first time and now don't want to be bothered, WRONG, that's why still having the same issues as before, expect me to ride around with missing light, now have to take vechile somewhere else because they did not repair it right the first time, plan on contacting Better Business Bureau, NEVER AGAIN!
