Just had our tires installed and an alignment done and our car came back on the driver side liner with grease marks. Totally unsat.

Poor customer service! Avoid at all cost. Save the trouble and go to Powerhouse! They saved me from this place. I reserved a 6x12 U-haul trailer and called prior to pick up to find out their computers were down. They told me as long as I got there before 5 I would be good. Well.... They closed their doors due to technical difficulties and didn't call me, just cancelled my reservation. Horrible service!!!! read more

Brought my flat tire in and the customer service rep at the check-in counter said "Let me see what you have". She left the desk, took the tire out of my trunk, and took it to the garage and started plugging it. When her employee came over, he finished it up, pulled my car in so he could put the tire back on, and my car was ready to go within 5 minutes of me pulling up. This was later in the day so I was prepared to drop it off, but these guys were incredible. When she told me the total price, my jaw dropped because it was so cheap. Brought my car to do a simple wheel alignment due to steering slightly to the left and since I had a trip to another state I wanted the car to be on great condition. They did alignment and then car started to shake a lot while running. I brought it back after a 2 weeks when I came back from North Carolina and I went to see them again and then they told me I needed new tires. Car tires are 80%tread left on from tires and about 50% left on rear tires, but still told me I needed tires and there is no fix for it. Now.... This is what happen. People there misbalance front tires and aligned the wheels so it did stear straight but car shakes a lot specially over 60 miles an hour. This place is crooked and very dishonest and I will never come back to this place. BEWARE of this place. They will go as far as messing your tire just to sell you tires at triple the price of any other place. Save yourself time and money and do not go to this place. When they told me that only solution to fix the mess they did was to buy tires I just politely left because it was at that point a waste of time. Net net.... Tires were good before seeing them only steering lightly to the left then all car shakes and now o needed tires. Look at tires attached and tell me now I need tires.... Beware. I always take care of my vehicles and this place is a very bad experience and is a total dump. If they comment to this post do not believe what they say and if you go to them then... remember you were advised and warned. read more
