My problem is with the diagnosis, and subsequent diagnosis, ultimately leading me to remove my truck and have it repaired else where. My problem was with the DPF, complete with codes. The codes were read and according to the shop liaison, that's what they fixed both times. Check engine light returned twice after leaving the shop. Each time requiring a new diagnostic charge @ around $400. Each time none the prior work was covered under warranty. It seemed to me that the diag fee was more important to the shop than actually fixing my truck. Last and final time before removing my truck was more of the same, with an issue that could've been pinpointed a lot earlier and saved me time and money. I ended up spending over $9000 there only to have to leave and get the actual repairs done elsewhere. * Full disclosure, a separate issue (water pump) was responsible for about a third of the $9k plus.

Owner essentially told me to kick rocks and to talk to a lawyer. Current: Awaiting feedback from establishment owner regarding taking my vehicle elsewhere to have the repair looked over, paint corrected to remove swirls and detailed to remove staining, to fix what was damaged by the shop and out of the scope of the original repair. Update: July 29th pickup. Issues under the hood appear to have been addressed. Missing screws were replaced, fan and airbox were attached. However, my car was now poorly washed, residue streaks running down the vinyl on my trunk, windshield, etc. from soap that was not rinsed off. For some reason my hood and the front quarter panels over the wheel wells had now been buffed and done in an extremely poor manner, the entire hood is covered in swirl marks as well as the quarter panels over my wheel wells. Interior gray trim and leather center console now have black stains from something being sprayed on them and sitting. Documentation does not have original intake miles when my car was dropped off on the 15th, when I asked what the miles were, I was directed to review the state inspection which occurred on the 22nd, a week after I dropped my vehicle off. Variance in miles after inspection was done and when my vehicle was picked up. Original post: My experience is still in progress for a Progressive insurance claim regarding hitting a deer and front end damage. Vehicle was dropped off on July 15th to have the condenser, front fascia and grille replaced. Repairs were completed and the vehicle was inspected on July 22nd. However, upon picking up my vehicle today, July 24nd it was sitting out front on display, windows down & covered in bird excrement. After the repairs had been completed? Why is my car still being driven if the repair is done? As well, no one walked me through the repair, only backed it up for me and told me the keys were in it. Upon inspecting it myself, I found improper screws, missing screws, my airbox was not properly attached, the condenser fan was not properly attached either. Vehicle was left pending another tear down and review.

I was doubtful that they were so much better than the competition as to justify the drive, but I was wrong. Theyre definitely worth the drive. I went here to have AC compressors replaced on two vehicles, multiple state inspections, an alternator and most recently suspension and brake work. The prices were competitive and work that easily could have taken multiple days was done in one. They called me to keep me updated on the progress, and on two occasions let me know that the work I requested was not required and I could save money by not doing it. When the alternator was replaced, they identified the reason why it failed (and oil valve leaking on it) and fixed that which was missed by the place I had gone to just weeks before when the previous alternator failed. They are polite, professional, and do quality work. I doubt that you will find a better auto repair operation in this area.

Joe was a good guy, but the new owner and his wife are terrible! Here is my experience:…read more I took my car there for an exhaust leak under the hood on Tuesday, April 28th. I spoke directly with Tyler the mechanic. I explained to him that I needed to have the car back before Friday, May 1st so that I could drive it to New Jersey so that I could attend a funeral in my family. Tyler agreed to diagnose it but not to start the work so that we would be sure that I would have my car back in time to drive it to New Jersey for the funeral. Tyler kept his word. We spoke by phone on the morning of Thursday, April 30th. He told me that he had diagnosed the problem but had not started the work, that he would be preparing an estimate, and that I could pick up the car at any time. We agreed that I would pick up the car around noon and return it the following week for the actual repair work. So far, so good. However, when I arrived at 1:30 PM to pick up my car, Tyler the mechanic wasn't there and the new owner's wife didn't want to go along with the arrangements that were already made between me and Tyler. She told me that I couldn't take my car because she had not spoke with Tyler about it and that both Tyler and her husband, the owner, were in court. I told her that I had been up all night and that I needed to take my car and go home to get some sleep so that I could get up early to drive to New Jersey, that we had no idea as to how long Tyler would be tied up in court, that I was willing to pay the diagnostic fee, that I was a long time customer there, and that I had always paid my bills. She just wouldn't listen and she just kept insisting that I had to return later for my car for no other reason than because she just didn't know what had been arranged and how much to charge me. This is the kind of inflexible attitude you would expect from a government bureaucrat, not a responsible small business woman. I eventually grew frustrated with her and took a few steps toward my car. She directed one of the employees there to close the garage bay door. This same employee then turned to her and told her the same things that I had been telling her, that arrangements had already been made for me to pick up the car today and return it the following week. She then said something about me owing a diagnostic fee. I told her, again, that I was willing to pay the diagnostic fee. We then went back to the office; I paid for the diagnosis, and I went to my car. The keys were in the ignition. I then backed my car out of the service bay with one of the employees guiding me as I backed it out. This was the safest and best way to back a large car out of the service bay. As I pulled into my garage at home I received a call from the irate owner accusing me of disrespecting his wife, of "grabbing the keys" and of entering the service bay and retrieving my car without proper authorization. None of his accusations were true, but he was so angry and irate that there was no communicating with him. Obviously, I won't be going back there.
