When I went to pick up my car, the owner of the auto shop said the towing fee was $110! The towing guy then claimed that he doesn't remember quoting for that price (of course he doesn't remember). And he said our car was a nice car that it needs to be handled with more care, therefore there's extra charge to it. In my defense, ALL CAR SUPPOSE TO BE HANDLE WITH CARE! Not just "nice cars". And he didn't feel the needs to discuss with us before the service. He charged us almost double and he has the gut to say he can give us a discount next time. Heaven knows there won't be no next time with dishonest people like that! He should be ashamed of what he did!
