Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet). I confess to a bunch of off-roading too. (When you absolutely want to test BF Goodrich tires: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQeIjeHwFms)

He and Danai both apologized saying they have never had a mix up in delivery times before. They had a tv and coffee machine so I sat watched two movies and waited. Once the tires were delivered, John had a technician put them in right away. I walked out of the store at 5:30pm, 4 hours later, but understood that " things happen" and it was ok. I was treated very well and I will go back, because their customer service was so good! Thank you John & Danai.

The front-desk manager, John, was not welcoming and did not appear willing to make an effort to communicate with me or assist with my needs. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience especially difficult given that I rely on accessible communication. I believe businesses should provide a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone, including Deaf and hard-of-hearing customers and people who require accommodations. Unfortunately, my experience made me feel that this location does not provide a friendly or inclusive environment for customers with accessibility needs. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training on disability awareness, accessible communication, and respectful customer service.

She actually had a valve issue that was clearly identified on the diagnostic code he ran and was fully covered by Subaru. Despite this, Al told her the car was unsafe to drive without replacing the radiator and pushed the repair. After the radiator was replaced, the car still did not function properly. The issue was ultimately fixed at Subaru when the valve was replaced. When confronted, Al acknowledged that she probably should have gone to Subaru first, yet he offered no compensation or accountability for charging her for an unnecessary radiator and labor. This wasn't an honest mistake; it was poor judgment at best and predatory behavior at worst. I'm posting this so others can avoid the same situation.
