I had a noon appointment today. When I get here I'm told all that ensures me is it will be done today and currently it's an hour and a half wait. Next the coupon I had was for a 19.99 conventional oil changed. Well I'm the fine print they charge a 9% shop fee as well as some other fee making it over $26. Lastly, they have a tvfkr customers. The mechanics don't know what they are doing. Took my moms car in told her it was the power steering pump and a line. Replaced the power steering pump and the noise was still there was told it was the power steering rack and pinion now. I love leaving good reviews but I also like to tell people my negative experience when I go to places like this. The smell from the tires in the waiting room was unbearable and I'm not sure if it even safe for you, chairs are dirty and ripped, the floor in the waiting room was very disgusting and they charge premium for their service. I don't recommend bringing your kids with you to this place, this place is filthy. I think I will have to burn my clothes when I get home, take a good bath and drink bottle of wine to forget I ever been to this place. My car needed an alignment, driving back home all seemed to be good only for one little problem, the steering wheel was tilted to one side while driving straight, I brought my car back to the shop and told them why I'm back, the mechanic who worked on my car was now relaxing in the waiting room watching a TV show, he didn't like that I interrupted his favorite show from the 70s by coming back and questioning his work. He got up and with unhappy face went back inside to checkup on my car again. The steering wheel was adjusted the way it supposed to be, but at what cost? It has always been my "go to" for balancing and alignment of tires. Today I stopped by to work out some logistics to service a recently purchased used truck. Dave was extremely helpful, and his tech JD, were able to do an assessment. What impressed me the most, they didn't try to "oversell" unnecessary work. I originally gave this place a 5 star review due to their fast service and friendliness. However by Tuesday I had not 1 but 2 flat tires. The guy was suppose to be putting a plug in my front passenger tire, which I found out 3 days later was done incorrectly. I also asked that he check my other tires because I was driving back to NY and needed to be sure that all was good, I was assured that all was good. Well as I stated already I had 2 flat tires. Both confirmed by someone else to have a slow leak. I'm only giving 2 stars because they customer service was good, but at the end of the day my safety was put at risk. read more

The customer service is outstanding. I blew a tire on I-95 and asked to be towed here because I've purchased tires from Mr.Tire in the past. Last night I went to Bingo Tire in Arlington and it turns the tire pressure in all 4 tires was 25 over what it should be. I purchased two front new tires and could not be happier with the customer service and immediacy by the manager and employees. They saved me. I learned my lesson not to rely on cheap tires and subpar service when I can trust this company. They will remain my go to company. read more

We tried multiple times to give this place a chance but every time was a complete fail. Several times I have had an appointment and stood at the front desk for 10+ minutes waiting for somebody to come out. They ask you what services you'd like and all seems fine and well. You take a seat in the fly infested and disgusting waiting area thats always filled with a million other people asking each other "how long have you been waiting?" Which, I am totally fine waiting if I know that I am having quality service done on my car. Multiple times I've sat there for well over an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Every time my car comes out with untouched tires, which makes me think that they don't even bother to check the oil either. One time he tried to tell me they rotated the tires and talk to me like I was incompetent telling me about the sensors that read my air pressure, thanks I've owned the car for six years I know about the sensors and that is how I know you didn't rotate them. On top of one time I told them there was a leak in my rear driver side tire, told me they rotated and fixed it. Believed them and went home to have the same tire in the same spot go flat because of the nail that was in it. Fast forward to today, my dad decided to bring one of his cars in as he's also done many times before. He was convinced they just tried to scheme me. Brings me to this review that he told me to write after they tried to pull the same thing on him.. Asked for a tire rotation, it was on the work order, the car comes out and the tires were clearly not rotated and realistically the oil probably wasn't touched either. When he went back inside they told him that he never asked for a rotation, despite it being on the work order and a disgruntled guy came back out to get the car with an attitude like it's our fault they can't do the job that was requested and they're literally paid to do. Walked in for my appointment and stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. No one came out until the phone rang to answer it. One of the guys came out of a room to answer the phone and did not acknowledge me. Instead, he looked at me briefly, made a face, answered the phone then disappeared into the back garage. My wife's car has been overdue for tire rotation and balancing; I took her car in and said what I've been saying to her: "needs rotate/balance and an oil change". Specifically asked them to look at right front wobble. An hour later (after over hearing the techs talk about the lady's cellulite that just left their showroom; and general thigh-fat comments; too much, too little, just right; etc) I was on my way. Front right tire still wobbling, I called in and the on duty service tech (Isaiah) informed me that I had only told him to look at it; not to diagnose or do anything about it. He said I only asked for rotation, so that's all he charged me for; offering no solution. There was no communication about what services were offered when I left; there was no solution seeking such as "can you come back and we'll take care of it real quick." The word "tire" is in their name, so if there is a wobbly tire, maybe someone might recommend a fix? It was like having a dentist say I have a cavity but since I didn't ask him to fix it, he didn't, then argued with me about what I didn't ask for when I know I did, because my tooth hurt! I called corporate and was told by a service receptionist that I would not get a call back from a manager; that they handle complaints "in house". No empathy, no solution. Apparently this is a corporate culture issue at the local and district level. Just the worst customer service; I will walk past this place with a broken down car before I ever set foot in there again. read more

I have had the worst experience at this location. I first went here to replace my two front tires which were constantly losing air after the driver side front finally went flat. They wanted to replace the sensors because it was apparently required by law and charged me for them and then changed the price because they said there weren't any "in my size".They put the new tires on the back and the back ones on the front. My driver side tire (which was moved from the back pair that were fine) went flat days later. So I went back and explained that it's odd that the same tire was having issues. The manager was rude and ignored half of what I said, but agreed to look at it. He said I had a nail in the tire and I was really just over the situation so I replaced the other two with brand new ones. The sensors on my car showed that the SAME front driver tire was going flat AGAIN. This time I refused to go back and took it to a new shop where they said part of the tire sensor had been broken, letting air out and that's probably what was wrong with the other tire. They also left the sensors on the wrong tires when I first had them done and switched around, as the tire with the issue was showing incorrectly on my screen. I wouldn't recommend ever coming to this location. read more

My first experience here, in `08, was great. The replacement OEM recommended tires on my Civic lasted 100,000 mi. The second time, in `11, I got the same model tires, and followed the rotation, alignment, balance program just as before. Apparently the quality of alignment has deteriorated, and these tires need replacement now, at 80,000 mi. The service manager I used to deal with passed away. The one I dealt with most recently recommended replacement of my front struts. In fact, those struts were and still are AOK. I'll be buying my next tires someplace else. read more

I purchased tires and installation from Mr Tire on 3/26/19 at 401 S Dupont Highway New Castle, DE 19720.. Mr. Tire was suppose to provide and install 4 new tires and balance them Also, Mr Tire was also suppose to perform a wheel alignment. My car was finally done after waiting 3 hours. When I started driving I noticed the low tire pressure light was on and the car was riding very rough. I immediate took it back to the store and the manager explained that the tires were installed wrong and not balance correctly. He also told me that his store is "not profitable" and blamed it on the faulty equipment and lack of experience from the technician. I also could not get a receipt because the manager told me that his printer and email was not working. So I waited another 45 minutes to re-balance my tire. On the way home that evening the tire pressure light came back on. I took my car to my mechanic on 3/26/19 and my mechanic found that the tires were still not balanced correctly, the valves were installed wrong, and the car was never aligned. I called corporate ton 3/28/19 and got no help. I now have to take more time out of my schedule to take my car to another shop to have the valves,tires, alignment, and balancing performed correctly read more
