That said, I truly believe that when someone goes above an beyond what they are expected to do they deserve credit where credit is due. I took my Mazda into Benchmark after doing ton of online research and didn't tell him a thing about what I found. I wanted to see what Joe found. I knew I need a new transmission and Joe confirmed it but didn't try an up sell me on something I didn't need. In fact, he found and fixed simple things that had nothing to do with my transmission as he came across them - at no extra charge. One year later, my trans acts up. Dam. Called Joe. Told him what was up an brought it in. After taking a look and doing some research he found a part that was used to rebuild the trans had been recalled but we were never informed. I will still under warranty and Joe fix everything without a cent. Fast forward to today. More car troubles. Unfortunately, I've moved out of state but I still call Joe. Tell him exactly what the AAMCO is telling me and he calls it like it is and tells me he disagrees with my new shop. He has no gain in my car but takes the time to listen, do his own research, find the part I need and even offered to order and send it to me saving me soooo much money. Joe is legit. I cant speak more highly of him.

I messaged a bunch of auto Repair shops for brake service. Needed to change the brake pads (front and rear) and wanted to rotor resurfacing. I was quoted $199. However, when I spoke to Eric on phone the prices he said were different from what he msged. So I decided to go to Meineke. But they were terrible and I walked off immediately. So came back to Eric. Fixed up an apt. He did service in less than an hour. Although he didn't resurfac the rotors, he said he cleaned them and the rotors are in good condition. No replacing needed. After a week of driving (200miles), I have no complaints. One point to note, this is a CASH ONLY place. I was not made aware if it. Also, the place does not have a good waiting area. The chairs are old n dusty. Not that it bothered me. But something to note. He did seem busy since he was the only one working. He actually turned down couple of jobs while I was waiting there. Might be a good idea to call and check. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. I was a lil upset abt rotor resurfacing not being performed and would have given 3 stars for that. But since this place does not have much reviews, I gave it 4 stars.
