I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I dropped off my car at 3:15pm to get an oil change. I got a text at 3:40pm stating it is ready. This is the fastest oil change that I have encountered at Walmart. I am so glad to pick the right time and day to get my oil change where there wasn't a crowd at all. Making the oil change appointment online was also super easy. I've been going here for a couple years getting my oil changed with no issue today. I pull up at 6 o'clock to get my regular oil change, a guy with piercings with the hat on says we're not taking any customers because they spilled oil and we have to clean, I said you guys don't close until seven o'clock and he said that's not my problem. Decent prices on tires here. I had to order a whole new set of 4 and they came in pretty quickly. Installing them was also pretty swift. They are having a staffing shortage so appointments are scarce. The staff that is there are pleasant, knowledgeable and time efficient. They took me in right at my appointment. I actually had a nail in one of my new tires and it costs $15 to plug. I made an appointment asap and they took me in right at that time. I will be back for further tire purchases. read more

I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. I've been coming here for my oil changes for the last year and a half and have never had an issue until now. At the time, I thought the service was awesome, wait times were not too long and the oil change prices were a little more affordable compared to other places. But here I am 5,000 miles later needing to get another oil change. I just recently moved to another city so I had to find a new place to do my service. I come to find out that my oil pan bolt threads were completely stripped (AND THAT WALMART DID NOT LET ME KNOW ABOUT SUCH DAMAGES). So instead of Walmart not letting me know about the damage done, LOCTITE (a thread locker glue for bolts) was applied to the bolt to SEAL IT SHUT. It makes me saddened to think that I put my trust into this business thinking they would handle my car with at least a bit of care. I would've been understanding if told that my bolt was broken but I wasn't. I will be seeking to file a claim and contacting management. read more

Got an oil change done a month later my engine blew. I was given the excuse by the manager Freddie through a "Google" search that my car doesn't last past 160,000 miles. I have a 2015 Kia Optima turbo that shouldn't matter. I am extremely disappointed and will never get services done at Walmart ever again and will not ever recommend them to anybody. Extremely angry that I am left with no vehicle because of negligence and nothing was done to fix it. read more

This is night and day different from my experience at the Pleasanton Walmart. This location is friendly and super efficient. No appointments needed and it took only about five minutes for me the get signed up. The car was ready in about half an hour. Maybe when it's busy it will take a bit longer, but still pretty fast. read more

I used Walmart car care for years but recently you have no shows at the car Care center and they specifically state that you must call and then they'll tell you when you can come in but no appointments. I show up I try to call and I get no one the doors are locked and no one's available to answer any questions. read more

I came here to get a new tire for my car. They have a good system where you will receive a text message when your car has been started and when it is finished. However, I waited for almost 3 hours to get ONE tire changed. I looked into the back while I was waiting and just happened to notice a lot of the workers standing around chatting it up while I waited for my vehicle. Wasn't too impressed. read more

Went for an oil change on the weekend. Service was right on time just like they said. Everyone who I interacted with was super helpful and very Covid conscious. My experience was great. Even better, my car battery had recently died and my radio had to be reset. I had been putting off resetting my radio because it seemed like a complicated process. The people at the shop reset my radio no problem! I could finally use my aux again lol. Overall, super nice people and efficient service. I would definitely come again. Thanks everyone! read more

This experience was for tires and to be put on my truck. I will say the tires I purchased were definitely a value and seem to drive smoothly and quietly and I DID get all 4 of the tires I actually ordered which is better than other reviews here :) When I originally called about tires and what was in stock vs ordering online, the woman was friendly and helpful hence 2 stars for her as well as when I came in for service the second time both women that helped were interested in pleasing the customer and very friendly. The first time I stopped by Tues 3/13 to have tires put on I had 2 hours max to spare. The young man said it was over 2 hours to wait. I asked if there was a time of the day that was less busy he said "No, it's first come first serve". Duh I knew that but that wasn't my question. He walked about uninterested so I left worried about the reviews I had seen on Yelp and I purchased anyhow. I returned Thurs 3/15 and saw no other cars waiting or in the bay, was told later there was one ahead of me. I came back after 75 min the quoted finish time was 90 minutes.. my truck still was not in the bay and I waited while 5 others were called for their vehicles that arrived after well me (possibly more). My truck went in at the 90 min mark and was completed 2 hours and 20 min later. When I questioned the first come first serve I was told I came at break time and that there was one other car ahead when I dropped off (fine I will take that). That still didn't explain the multiple others that went ahead of me while I missed my son's special lunch at school. Totally unacceptable to be ignored and passed by because it was a "longer job". Shame on Walmart who should allow appointments for these "longer" and "less desirable" jobs if this is going to happen!!! I was told a manager higher up would be in contact with me. BTW NO manager ever did call me as I was told. I won't buy tires here again because time is valuable and for a few extra $$ I will go someplace that values my time. read more

Was told to call two different numbers that are not listed on website to hear what was going on with car. Came into Walmart with a dying battery, grabbed my correct battery with sales clerk, rung me in and put me in line (was slightly busy and I was on a time crunch to get to school) and my car was called within 20 minutes of me sitting, all done with a new battery. I purchased an oil change with wiper blade replacement as well. Oil change went well, wiper blades were installed. 2 months later we got rain. Turned on wiper blades for the second time ( I checked briefly once when leaving their service center). The rubber of the blade on the drivers side came apart half way. I went back to get a replacement and they had no record of my oil change or anything. They said it wouldn't matter anyway as they don't have any kind of warranty on the blades. Poor service, charged again for 1 wiper blade, poor record keeping, and general hassle. One star. I looked at my receipt and noted the mileage difference between the now 2 receipts and the wiper blade lasted for 191 miles. If I could give these guys a half star I would read more

Check your tires. Its not a coincidence when two different Walmarts give your the wrong tires. Scary. At this place we bought the road side insurance and we actually had to use it. We took it to another walmart and they didn't want to change them because the tire was different from the one that was actually on the car. read more

Went here had to wait two hours even though nobody was in the oil changing bay, and come to find out they charged me for 4.5 quarts of oil and only put in 3 when I checked at home and told me everything is fine, do not ever go here unless you want something bad to happen read more
