I told them I would be staying on the property and waiting in the lobby for my vehicle. They agreed and took my keys and vehicle into their shop. They came back to me 15 minutes later and showed me that my wheel bearing was broken. I paid them $520.99 to fix the wheel bearing, do the alignment, and for "labor". They then took 3 hours to come back to me and tell me that they bent my tie rods doing the alignment. I had a heated conversation with them and told them to give me my vehicle back driveable. When returned my alignment was worse than it was before I brought it to the shop, there was no cotter pin in my front right axle nut and my tie rods were bent. I ordered new tie rods and installed them myself today and found that the "technician" that doesn't know anything more than what a computer tells him to do, welded together my front right tie rod so the shop wouldn't have to cover/repair it. It's just so frustrating that these people are okay with doing things like this to other people's vehicles. Considering I had no cotter pin in my axle nut, my alignment was hard turned left, and my tie rod was welded together after being broken. I very well could have had something detrimental happen to me and or others on the roadway. Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. Never ever come to this establishment.

They took $30 from her that she did not previously agree to. She was not told she would be charged $30 if they couldn't do the job. The employee Dan was rude on the phone and straight up hung up on me. This is the epitome of shops taking advantage of women who are alone getting work done on their cars. I guarantee if it had been me in this situation, they would not have gotten a cent out of me. Extremely unprofessional shop, we will not return.

This was about a month ago, and I just remembered this horrible experience. I scheduled a simple…read moreoil change for 11:30 in the morning. I got there 10 minutes early and dropped my keys off and informed the guy at the front desk. After that, I walked somewhere to grab lunch, and I got back an hour later to my car in the same spot. I ask the guy at the front desk what had happened, explaining that I had made an appointment. And he said his guys were at lunch or something. I asked when he would think the service would be complete, and he states around 2:30, 3 hours after I had scheduled my appointment. I work in customer service, I understand that certain things are out of your hands, however this is unacceptable. I never spoke to any of the guys in a mean tone or even gave a nasty look. So fast forward to 2:30, I've gotten to walk around the entire area. I walk back in, and my car has not been moved. It is in the same spot it was THREE HOURS AGO. Now I ask the guy when he thinks my car would be available, and he says he doesn't know. My entire day has been wasted by this point and I am pretty frustrated, but I have not shown one ounce of anger towards these slow working men. I end up taking an hour and a half walk to the mall and come back, to see that they FINALLY moved my car, however they haven't started working on it. This time I sit in the little lounge that they have with little amenities and just sit and watch them work, still without giving a single nasty look. It is around 5 that my car is finished and I can leave. So 6 and a half hours after they were supposed to start. If time is money, they owe me. And I am not stating that I was being nice to them to pat myself on the back, I am giving them no excuse for this horrible service. I never want to go back there but fear that I must, in order to maintain the warranty on my car. Zero stars if I could. You guys owe me for an entire day.

However, on 3/3/23 I took my car in there to have a headlight replaced, an oil change, and a new tire put on. They quoted me $180-ish for my tire and $13 for the headlight. The oil change was normal price. When I went to pickup my car, it was almost $600. I spoke with, Chris-the manager, and he and I worked it down to about $285 for all of it. There were a lot of charges he couldn't explain & he eventually took them off and lowered the other prices to what I was quoted. I took off to Nashville that evening. The next day, I spent 5 hours at a Ford dealership in Nashville because the undercover on my car was halfway detached. I had to wait for them to get me in & missed out on hours of my weekend away. I called Chris & he stated that I'd get reimbursed if I brought in what they charged me. They felt so bad in Nashville that they didn't charge me at all. Since that, I've had to put air in my other tires multiple times even though they told me I only had 1 bad tire, so I only got one replaced. I've had nothing but a headache of issues since the last time they worked on my car. I called Chris to attempt to rectify this situation, but he just made excuse after excuse. No offering of refunding anything considering I've spent countless hours getting work redone on my car and airing up my "perfect" tires. At this point, I feel like everything I paid should be refunded, but I'll just bite it because I will never return there again. A 6+ year customer gone over a terrible mishandling of a situation that was caused by them.
