They were very upfront about the condition, any known issues, and all my many questions promptly. I never saw the car in person until it was delivered. Scheduling service was a breeze, and check in was equally easy. I was greeted with friendly smiles, greetings and information on how long the service would take. I set up in the waiting area, and was able to connect to their WiFi and was able to get some work done. When the service was completed (quickly too!), I was informed I could take off, and they would email me the paperwork. They reminded me that that can also pick up your car, and leave you a loaner, if needed. Fantastic in every way, and their sales staff will be the first I call when looking for a new Audi or VW.

I am from Colorado, traveling through Lafayette with my job when my brakes begin to grind loudly…read more Picking a repair in a city that I've never been to before adds a big risk of being taken advantage of. I happened to be driving past Weise at 3:00 pm. The shop looked clean and well maintained so I pulled in and spoke with Eric Weise. He and his technician were able to quickly diagnose that my rotors and pads both needed replacing. It was metal on metal. I thought I was going to need to schedule an appointment for the next day. But they then secured parts and started to work. By 5:00, it was done. Done. In two hours. Their prices were right in line with average prices posted on the web. I'm safe and sound again. Weise and his tech were both knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. From a weary traveler, thanks for a job well done at a fair price.

Taking Advantage of the Elderly My mom moved to Lafayette…read more Her sister recommended your company as a trusted auto servicing location. First few times y'all were great to her. We were recently about to travel on a trip and Brian your salesman tried to upsell her $1884 for battery and brakes. Her battery was two years old. I had her get it tested at AutoZone. It was 100%. I spoke to the manager Sean. He tried to tell me that batteries only last three years now because they're taking all the lithium and giving them to electric cars. We both know that's BS. My battery in my Camaro is seven years old. They then tried to tell her she needed brakes. Her brakes are fine. We had them checked at Firestone. Very disappointing, considering companies thrive on repeat customers. Sean, of course defended his employees and his salesman. As to be expected. She's 83 years old on a fixed income and I am the one who has to watch out for con men like your company employees. We will take our business elsewhere.

so grateful for the fine folks at guaranteed automotive…read more my wife, 7 week old baby, and puppy were driving from cincy to chicago after our first road trip as a family of 4. engine completely gave out on 65N. we were in a crisis, on the side of the interstate with semis speeding by. we got a tow to the nearest mechanic (20+ miles) - and it happened to be guaranteed automotive. they were busy as could be, but still managed to let us know that our catalytic converter went out. they needed to order the part and could get it fixed for us - but it'd be a couple days. the real problem was that it was purdue's move in weekend - and even though enterprise allowed me to book and check into a reservation online - not a single location had a rental car in all of lafayette. same issue with every rental company in the area. what a shame. we needed to get back to chicago bad, especially with a crying newborn. after several frustrating calls with enterprise and hurtz, we decided we'd just uber on home ($270) and come back for the car when it was ready. but out of nowhere, guaranteed auto offered us their little loaner and let us take it back to chicago for 3 days while our car was getting fixed. saved us some money and was very convenient, after a long stressful day. we're so appreciative for the kindness and efficiency we witnessed with guaranteed. i hope i never step foot in there again, but if you're reading this and you're broke down in the area - they'll get you right. only somewhat negative feedback from me is that they're closed on saturday and sunday - and waited to call until friday around closing time to let us know the car was ready for pickup. so had to wait a couple extra days to pickup, whereas if i knew it was going to be ready i could have been there friday afternoon. oh well. pretty good, not bad, can't complain. thanks y'all!
