I'll later found out his background was in a construction field but yet he was passing himself off as a car guy. The service is only as good as the intelligence level of the person you're dealing with. Advance Auto does not have the best computer system that makes it a little difficult for someone who's not well versed in the field. Some of the counter people are not. I don't think advanced is helping the kind of people that they're hiring with the computer system they have.
