I do a lot of work on my own vehicles, however I am not a professional mechanic. There are a lot of things I need to turn over to a professional. Recently I developed a vibration in my F250. I checked everything in my knowledge base and just couldn't figure it out. I took it to One Stop Automotive in Kingman Az. I did not have an appointment, and they were very busy, but Chad told me he would do his best to get it looked at that day. Long story short I got a call late that afternoon. After they had checked out my truck suspension they noticed the tires were far out of round. I put the tires on just 10,000 miles ago and I never even thought to check that out. After all that they told me no charge. I was totally surprised and very happy. Needless to say One Stop Automotive will be getting all of my auto and truck repairs. Professional, friendly, trustworthy, reputable; what more can I say. It's hard to find a shop these days that you can trust. Thank you, One Stop Automotive

They were better than best, they were better than and above the call of duty. And it wasn't even expensive in my opinion. My car and I were served directly by the regional manager, and he was just the best. Five star review. Would definitely recommend them. Would definitely go there again. I was here on July 23, 2026. Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

My vehicle had always been serviced by the dealership since purchased and I had been happy with them until about 2-3 years ago. After 3 years of total frustration with the dealership I finally took my 2007 Santa Fe to Holden's. So glad I did! Christian and the mechanics jumped in to trace the check engine codes dealing with the throttle assembly/sensor, identified the source there, and the long crank to start issue (fuel pump). They replaced the necessary parts and fixed all my issues. And they kept me apprised of their ongoing efforts and estimated costs along the way to solve the 3-year puzzle. They also worked hard to get it back to me before the 4th of July weekend. What a relief. BTW-I am almost 74 years old and Holden's never gave me the feeling they were trying to take advantage of an older lady. I found just the opposite. They wanted to know the entire history and they listened to me list the issues that had been occurring and made notes in my file. For about 3 days of labor tracing the elusive engine codes, parts and repair it cost me $930.87. Worth every single penny! And when it was ready they sent an Uber to pick me up on their dime. Impressive. When I paid my bill Christian and the mechanic (sorry I didn't get his name) were excited and proud to show me pictures and explain what they found and how it was repaired. Now I have my dependable transportation back and the confidence that it isn't going to fall apart on me like the dealership was attempting to make me believe. I believe we had 2 separate motivations at play; a dealership trying to scare/frustrate me to the point of buying a new car or Holden's honestly wanting to find the problem, repair it and return my dependable Santa Fe to me. I highly recommend Holden's Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, dependable and experienced auto mechanics and service. They actually care.

She made an appointment for 8:30am to have them to check a bumping noise and service her air conditioning. They did offer her use of the shuttle, but after more than an hour they ended up having to call her an Uber, which I do think is very nice, but quite honestly with what was done to her car that really shouldn't have been necessary. They determined what the noise was and changed the cabin air filter, this took until about 11:30 am. Now I'm not a mechanic, but I have changed a cabin air filter, takes no more than five minutes....tops. They charged her $43.51 for the filter, which is ridiculous, they also charged $49.75 for labor, I can chalk the labor up to all the other things they checked, but that price for the filter is an absolute rip off. My aunt said there was a rattling noise coming from the passenger side after she picked up her car, I said it may be something from the filter replacement, she's 73 years old and didn't realize that the filter was accessed through the glove box. I opened the glove box, mainly because I wanted to see this gold plated $43 dollar filter, first thing I see is that the damper is not attached to the inside compartment. I can't say that they broke it, but considering the plethora of pages they gave her with suggested repairs, you'd think they would have mentioned it...just sayin. I pulled the $43 filter, it's totally generic, made in China, no brand name listed on it at all, Motorcraft and STP average $25-$30, clearly they were just taking advantage of an older lady. My aunt has trouble standing as well as sitting in certain types of chairs, she asked several times about when her car would be ready, even after she had paid, she waited another 30 minutes, it was only after walking outside and seeing her car with the hood down and the keys in the ignition did she ask again for her car that they finally made an effort to bring it around for her. They determined the bumping noise to be the struts, she does also need tires, they wrote her up an estimate of $1099.97 for tires, installation, and all the other new tire crap. They also gave her an estimate for the struts and an alignment, the strut assembly and sway bar link with labor came to $1515.68, the alignment was $194.66. Thankfully she didn't have the time or the money to have those services completed today. After hearing about her experience and seeing all the estimates, I made her call Stockton Hill Tire, she now has an appointment with them next week to have struts, alignment, and tires for $1200. I understand that they may have been giving their estimate with "better" tires, but they gave her no options in their estimate, making her believe that was the best they could do. They may be nice and friendly, but it seems to me that its just the ole slight of hand, watch the right one so you don't see the left one in your wallet. Seniors beware.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Upselling, Boundary Violations, and Dismissive Customer Service…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding repeated issues at your Take 5 location in Kingman, Arizona, as well as the dismissive response I received when I contacted customer service. About six months ago, my sister went to this location on my behalf to get a basic oil change for my car. She has complex trauma, and instead of receiving the simple oil change she came in for, she was pressured into additional services, including radiator-related work, totaling over $300. She came home distressed and explained that staff made her feel afraid that something serious would happen to my car if she did not approve the work. She had gone in for an oil change and left with a much larger bill because she was put into a state of fear and pressured into approving services she did not fully understand and did not have the full picture to authorize. That incident already upset me, but I gave the location more chances because it is close to my home and convenient. Since then, every time I have gone in, I have made it very clear that I only want an oil change and do not want to be offered or pressured into anything else. Despite that, employees continue to push additional services. Today, I went in again for an oil change. It was extremely hot outside, I had already been waiting, and when I pulled in, I clearly stated that I only wanted the oil change and did not want to be asked about anything else. Despite that clear boundary, Patrick still proceeded to come at me with additional items. At that point I became upset and asked what part of "no" was not being understood. His response was that he was "just doing his job." That is exactly the problem. If a customer clearly says, "I only want the oil change. Do not ask me about anything else," and the employee continues to push additional items anyway, then that is not customer service. That is harassment. Then, when I called customer service to report what happened, I was given the same excuse: "He is just doing his job." That response made it clear that I was not being listened to. What part of "I do not want anything else" is unclear? If the employee's "job" requires him to continue pushing services after a customer has clearly said no, then your policy is the problem. If that is not your policy, then the employee failed to respect a customer's boundary and customer service failed to take the complaint seriously. Either way, this is unacceptable. A customer saying no should end the sales attempt. A customer saying, "Do not ask me about anything else," should be respected. A customer should not be treated like the problem for refusing add-on services. And a customer service representative should not dismiss a complaint by repeating the exact excuse the employee used. I know what is going on with my car. I did not ask for a diagnostic sales pitch. I asked for an oil change. Instead of respecting that, Patrick continued pushing additional items and then acted like I was the problem for objecting. He also told me I did not ever have to come back there again. I will not. I will never return to Take 5 after this experience. There are many places in Kingman where I can get my oil changed, and I will return to the other shops I used before I started coming to Take 5 for convenience. I will also be sharing my experience publicly because I do not believe customers should be pressured, fear-based, dismissed, or treated like a problem for saying no. Your employees need to be trained that when a customer says, "I only want the oil change, do not ask me about anything else," that boundary must be respected. And your customer service team needs to be trained to actually listen instead of dismissing complaints with "he was just doing his job." If "doing the job" means ignoring a customer's no, then the job itself needs to be corrected. Sincerely, Alissa Roundy
