I just had the worst service ever by 2 employees inside of this AutoZone that they had me screaming…read moreand cussing at the top of my lungs at them. Michael G and some retard named Sheldon !!!!!! I walked in politely and simply asked them.." If I could bring my battery in to be tested and charged ?? They then proceeded to ask me where was the battery was it in the car under the hood??? I was like excuse me ??? One said is it in the car I said yes he then ask me Under the hood ???? What ???? Excuse me sir did u not hear what I ask ??? I'm looking at the both like they crazy ??? Then Michael says yes to my blank stare that I can bring it in. So I get the battery Michael test it says it too low to test , then looks at me and I'm looking at him , they it click I can put it on the charger ....ddduuuuhhhhhhh........ He printed my ticket and told me it would take about a hour. I said ok thank you. But b4 leaving I ask the both of them did I ask the question wrong cause I couldn't understand why they would think that the battery was under the hood of the car ??? Sheldon goes on to say some blah blah blah stuff to me that didn't make any sense and then I asked him, can't u just say that u didn't hear what I ask ?? He rolled his eyes at me and I left. Not even 20 minutes later , Sheldon calls my phone and tells me that my battery was no good and I could come pick it up ??? Whaatt ??? That fast ?? I told him that I knew that they were gonna do something like that because they ain't like that I questioned them about they ignorance . So I go get the battery, talk to a handsome nice professional black guy with a salt and pepper beard and told him the situation . I was upset but he was listening to my vent patiently and understanding. Then Shelon walk from the back when he hears me talking and stands in the area we were talking mumbling under his breath to another customer about me. I question him and he starts talking smack now the both of us are going back and forth in the store, I'm clearly upset about the whole situation from jump and her Sheldin is arguing back and forth with a 55 year old woman and cussing at that. I told him nit to worry about what I was doing with the Bice guy and take care of his customer in front of him but nnnoooo he's still talking smack at me and cussing. The worst service ever. Sheldon is a trash of a man and customer service. But to the guy that took care of me and carried the battery out to my car in the rain and apologized for Sheldon and Michael Gs buffoolery . I appreciate u and they need more of u .

The check engine light popped on in my car. Within five minutes he had given me the free diagnosis. He printed out a price and details for the part, so I could comparison shop with my mechanic. The check out process was the kind in which your purchases are itemized in the customer facing card reader. This way you know exactly what you are paying for. Maintaining a great attitude, I was rang out with a handsome, friendly smile and profoundly professional care. Yes I wrote it. It was a mercilessly hot day, but never too hot that quality, chocolate doesn't look good. Seriously, there are a few ways to save: They have a loyalty card. They have a number you can text to earn $5 off any purchase of $25 or more. They have sales and rebates. Auto Zone is clean, parking is plentiful... And service is great! In a sea of auto parts store, for every good reason they stand out.

The size…read moreof the furniture was so large that we were unable to close our hatchback and had no bungee cord or a strap to secure the rear of the vehicle. The employees at Gibson Mills told us to go to Lowe's but we drove up on AutoZone first and I'm so glad that we did. I went in and spoke with employee Jon who made recommendations, found the right product for us and installed it for us. He was extraordinarily helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for his help because if it weren't for him we may not have gotten home safely and could've lost our furniture on the road. He made our trip home a lot less stressful and is an asset to not only AutoZone but his community as well. Thank you again to Jon For all of his help.

Manager Jenn was extraordinary helpful, amazingly knowledgeable, and a delight to talk to. They found the necessary ball joints that I needed, at a price that I was not expecting. IF I had a checked them first, I would not have ever wasted my money with the internet purchase. Lesson learned here, check locally and specially with an AutoZone for parts before jumping to the seemingly good deal on the internet for auto parts because you know what they say "if the deal looks too good, if usually is." Again kudos to Jenn and her staff for providing great service and just the parts I needed to get on the road.

For the past 3-4 weeks, I have had the absolute worst experience at the Kannapolis, NC location…read more(501 S Cannon Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28081). The customer service at this location is absolutely horrific and I would hope does not represent who they are as a company. The customer service was terrible from my first visit until my last. I stopped there because I was having trouble with a car battery that I purchased at this location. It was only a year old battery and has a 3 year warranty. A young kid helped us the first day and while testing the battery he actually pulled something out of his pocket to puff on a few times while helping us--- very unprofessional despite whatever it was that he was smoking on. He told us it's the battery but implied that they do this, so people will buy a new battery. We asked him to hook up the car to the diagnostic machine since my check engine light had come on the first day I had trouble with the battery. He waved us off as if he did not have time for it and told us, "It's the battery." He did not hook up our car, so we had to go down to Auto Zone to have this done. Week after week, I continued to have trouble with my battery--- having to jump it off continuously. I went back to the Kannapolis store and this is where I first encounter Brian "Keith" Starnes (at this point I do not know he is the manager of the store). When I arrive, he is very agitated that the other store didn't just call to verify purchase and take care of the situation and grumbles about them being stupid. He then tells me that the person that knows how to test the battery will not be in until a few minutes--- so I wait. When she arrives, she goes out to test my battery and states there are too many fuses near it, so she is going to get Keith to do it. So, the whole time I stood there waiting on her, he could have tested my battery because he in fact did know how to do it. For this and every additional visit after he keeps telling me that the battery is good and he is getting the same reading that the battery had when it was first tested and he cannot replace it if it does not read as a bad battery. This is still his excuse after two shops look over my car (one being the Hyundai dealership who does a full diagnostics test and it comes back as just a bad battery). One day he tells me I may just have something draining my battery but does not bother to do a "drain test" until my 3rd visit and he states that he should have done this last time I was there. I told him that yes he should have because this is now my 3rd visit to this store. He tells me there is a drain on my battery and he is getting a reading of a .70 but it was still rising. This turns out to be a complete lie. The Hyundai dealership service team printed me off the proof that this is a bad battery and tells me there is absolutely no draw on my battery. Keith Starnes sees this proof and still refused to replace my battery (again, the battery is under a 3 year warranty). At this point, I am on my 4th visit to this store and he is being extremely difficult for absolutely no reason. He continues checking out customers and completely ignoring that I am there and was the first one there when his second employee arrives. I had to jump in front of the people for him to acknowledge that I am still waiting. I get extremely frustrated with him still refusing to replace the battery, after a while he finally agrees to. It took lots of arguing and 4 visits for him to replace my battery when he should have done that the first time I talked with him. I asked for his business card and he tells me he is not the owner and do not have a business card. He tells me he does not care if I report him to corporate and that corporate isn't going to tell him to do anything. He refuses to even tell me his full name, so I had to take measures of finding it out myself.

Hilbish Ford advertises "Transparent Pricing" and "Straight Talk," but that was not my experience…read more I traveled several hours based on their online listing, which showed a discounted price with rebates and 0% financing calculated from that same price. There was no clear disclosure that you have to give up all incentives to get the 0%. Once I arrived, that's exactly what I was told. I also asked ahead of time why the truck had over 1,000 miles and was told it was being looked into. I never got an answer until I showed up and was told it was a loaner vehicle. That should have been disclosed upfront. They also added extras (VIP package, tire coverage, etc.) even after I said I didn't want them. Jose, the salesperson, was respectful and professional--no issues with him. The problem is the dealership's misleading advertising and lack of transparency. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. If you value your time, be careful--what's advertised online does not match what you'll get in person.

I…read moretraveled several hours based on what Marissa told me over the phone--that the online offer and financing options were realistic and that coming in would help secure a better deal. That turned out to be completely untrue. Their online advertising is false just to get you in the door...see the pictures. Once I arrived, the story changed entirely. The deal I was led to believe was possible suddenly wasn't. That's not a misunderstanding--that's misleading a customer just to get them into the dealership and waste their time. To be fair, Jose, the salesperson I worked with in person, was professional and respectful. I have no issues with him. Dealing with Jose was the only positive part of the experience. However, the overall experience was frustrating and felt dishonest. I was upfront about what I wanted from the beginning, and I expect the same level of honesty in return. Instead, I got sales gimmicks. Also, be very careful reviewing your numbers--there were add-ons (VIP package, tire coverage, etc.) already included even after I clearly stated I did not want any extras. That alone tells you how they operate. If you value transparency and your time, I would strongly reconsider before making the trip here.
