There was virtually not wait; Gentleman took my care and I was able to view through the glass a group of mechanics personally and carefully assessing the integrity of my tires. We travelled to NC for a family wedding and halfway from FL we noticed the car making bad…read morenoise...and suspected brake issues. Got up early the next morning and came to Mavis Tires & Brakes and they have been amazing to work with. They got the car in right away and let me know what was going on. It was a pretty heavy workload needed to get it fixed but they explained everything and worked with me to ensure I could get it all done and with affordable rates - and to get the work done before the wedding this afternoon! And, because it took a little longer than they anticipated, they included in me their pizza lunch (much appreciated). I sat in the main room talking with Sheila and Tamir and some other staff (so nice) and watched them deliver amazing service to everyone that came in, and in another instance, seemed like they went above and beyond for one guy too to make sure he got the tires he needed.
