This is strong reasoning to cause a plug to eject and her car is now seized. we are waiting to hear back from the manager their but its been two weeks and nothing. when we first brought this issues to their attention the morning of the car failing they filled out an incident report. THEY filled out the report and did not allow us to fill out what had happened. the manager put on the report that we drove the car or saw the oil leak before failure. this is not true. the car immediately seized that morning on the way home from groceries 5 -7 minutes after the oil light came on. there was no prior indication or warning. we did notice the oil and plug under the car until after the fact and assuming that take 5 did a proper job it was not on us to check their work every day to make sure that it was done correctly. this is what they want to argue. I would stay away from this place.

Got up early the next morning and came to Mavis Tires & Brakes and they have been amazing to work with. They got the car in right away and let me know what was going on. It was a pretty heavy workload needed to get it fixed but they explained everything and worked with me to ensure I could get it all done and with affordable rates - and to get the work done before the wedding this afternoon! And, because it took a little longer than they anticipated, they included in me their pizza lunch (much appreciated). I sat in the main room talking with Sheila and Tamir and some other staff (so nice) and watched them deliver amazing service to everyone that came in, and in another instance, seemed like they went above and beyond for one guy too to make sure he got the tires he needed.
