Poor experience, workers have no clue what they are doing. Had to find a new tire shop because they always break my shit when I go here.

Just wanted to give Cody hope the name is correct a shout out . At the Salisbury NC location he was very professional, efficient and handled my issue with 2 damaged tires with the best customer service. I have nothing but great service from this location . I highly recommend them . read more

went to discount tire to get tires rotated and sensor replaced in tire and was told you had to pay before service new store policy. after paying I noticed at least 5 other people did not pay before service. the manager told 2 or 3 reasons why but it was clear he was covering for his employee. I will never go to this location again. what a shame to treat a disabled veteran this way read more

I am for now on a lifetime customer. I will not buy my tires anywhere else. The customer service was excellent. I was helped by Kareem and not only was he professional, but he found a rebate that almost saved me $100. I came in at lunch to see if they had my tires and they only had three but he made sure that he ordered the 4th and it was there by the time I got off work. The service was professional and courteous. On top of everything without an appointment the service was so fast! I would highly recommend the discount tire in Salisbury. read more

We purchased tires here. Like everyone else it was ~1500.00 dollars. You automatically get a road hazard warranty and free air fills if needed for low air pressure. We waited alone for 27 minutes in the air fill line and no one helped. I believe that if you sell something as a package then 27 minutes to wait for air is a bit excessive. At least they could have come by the vehicle and let us know that they knew we were there were simply busy. read more

I have been with discount tire since 1972 in Michigan and they were known for service but lately the one in Salisbury is terrible so I went and got tires somewhere else read more

From the moment we arrived, Hansel Cruz was warm and welcoming to us. He made the process smooth and relatively quick. We're thankful for his help, and we hope to come back in the near future. :) read more

If you purchase tires from here don't waste your money on the warranty. It's basically a waste of money. Spent $1100 on some tires in March 2022 and I need new ones. They said I still have 2500k miles so I got the recommended mileage. Purchased the warranty and they were only going to give me a $25.00 credit. They said I didn't get my tires rotated regularly. Which is false. Just bc yall didn't do it that doesn't mean it never was done. Save your time and money. read more

I love this store and the people that work there. I have a Tesla and they carry the pucks to raise it up. They are always kind and accommodatin. read more

I don't leave reviews often but I just had to comment about how great this discount tire is. I have been here possibly three times this past year and each time has been a pleasure. Every time the staff have just been so kind and so knowledgeable. Spending money on your car can be very annoying, but they make the process so seamless. read more

I will never waste hours waiting for nothing at this tire store again. I'll be spending my money at the dealership. My car sat in the lot past the estimated completion time and was never touched while new arrivals rolled right through. No one let ever kept me updated. I'm clipping up my Discount Tire card as i get faster service on more services at the Hendrick dealership. read more

I was really impressed. Everyone there could turn a wrench and put on a tire and answer the phone Honest safety recommendations. ( that I never got from my previous tire store) they were able to find a specialty tire for a restoration! ( previous place could not) they wore masks. They respect my health. The communities health and their own. ( previous place did not. I walked out to discount tire) they were incredibly polite and respectful. On the phone. In person. I repeatedly heard them ask permission to go in the glovebox to get the tire key. They offered the customer to drive the car in and out so no germs get in the car! I'll never go back to the old place. Respect for my health - masks- and respectful gets my money and loyalty! read more

I want to take a moment and express my thankfulness. Upon returning from a business workshop; I was informed that I needed 2 front tires.  Our local Discount tires was closed, however the mechanic bay was opened finishing up service. I informed the Tech that I'm scheduled to travel out of state tomorrow. He told the Manager and asked if I could make purchase. Management agreed to sell me 2 tires.  Yes I've purchased previously; the fact that I requested service past closing time is greatly appreciated. I'll travel with the peace of mind knowing I have good tire thread and thankfulness for great service beyond the call of duty thanks! read more

This is by far the best place to buy tires in the Salisbury North Carolina area. Here's why they will match any price you find on a competitor's Tire. But then their hours are incredible evaporation. I've even used this place when I did not buy the tires there and they fix my flat for free. They also offer free air checks for anyone whether they buy their tires there or not. They even let me drop off a couple of old tires for me when nobody else would do so in town. They also offer some good wheel packages if you're wanting to upgrade your ride. They also have a real full-size spare rim if you want to buy one for your auto which a lot of Autos are not coming with now. They give you good deals and have excellent zero free credit if you pay off in 6 months. This is everything you would care to need in a tire store. They do take appointments I suggest you call and make one because they are very busy. Because they are the best game in town! Be sure to call around and get a documented quote from the other guys and then come here. You will be happy you did excellent service. May God be with you daily in this very difficult time in American history. read more

I ordered a new set of tires from their website, they notified me by phone and text when they arrived the next day. Scheduled install for the following morning, in and out in about 45minutes. Highly recommend read more

I'm a loyal customer of DT. I have purchased my tires for my cars there for at least the last ten years. Reliable, courteous and a great business model of after purchase care. I only wish they would add wheel alignments to its services. read more

Had to make an emergency stop b/c we found a nail in the tire while we were out this morning. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very clean and inviting for the type of business. Makes a girl feel comfortable going to a place like this for something that use to put you in dirty garages. read more

Great service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their prices are the lowest; i called three other places. Plus you get free tire rotations. Best customer service I've experienced. Every employee greeted me. read more

I needed tires on my Dodge Dakota, met Juan who I guess is the Asst. Manager there.. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, the price was competitive, professional people, very sociable, and efficient.. Just because of this experience I would definitely return to this place! If you need tires, check this place out first! read more

This place is unbelievable! I got a flat tire and they patched it for free! I had never even been there, it's not like I was a customer. So I go there for the second time ever today to get new lug nuts put on (mine were expanded/swollen-thats really a thing) and they did it for free!! AAA wanted $100!!. I dont know how they make money with all they do for free. Also they are super nice and fast!! Can you be in love with a car center? I am! read more

I was impressed with DT. I made an appointment on the same day fairly easy online. Arrived 10 minutes or so early. There were a few cars waiting for service, but the line moved quickly. I had a screw in my tire which they fixed for free! I was thoroughly impressed. They plugged my tire and I left. My tire warning light didn't go off, which what I went there for. I called and went back. They did a sensor check and that's what was wrong. They gave me a quote for a sensor and I will go back when I get the money. I most likely will buy tires there as well when it's time. read more

It is currently 1hour past my appointment time and I believe there are still cars ahead of me...so what was the point of making an appointment if they're going to see people in the order that they arrive. Mind you, they ask you to check in with a scan and don't even come out to speak until you call them 30 minutes later to ask if they even saw the check in. Free tire rotations after buying tires from them is NOT free if they're taking over an hour to even get to you to start the rotation. read more

I am totally impressed with Discount Tire in Salisbury, NC. Have been going there for several years. Their customer service is second to none, they should make their own videos on how to interact with customers because they are among the best in the business world, and that goes for everyone who works there. Also, as far as I can tell they have the best deals in Rowan county. Very well run organization. read more

Received courteous and quick service here for a spare tire replacement. They immediately helped me though the service bay was obviously busy. We only had to wait a few minutes for the repair. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. read more

I live in Atlanta but drive to North Carolina about once a month. I was in the market for new tires as mine were getting really bad. I started looking on line and locally and happened to find this Discount Tire--their prices were $90 less for a set of Consumer Reports Highly Rated and "Recommended" Hankook Optimo H727 All Season Radials than if I'd have purchased them in Atlanta. I talked to Scott and he really hooked me up---he mentioned the Labor Day Sale where I'd get even ANOTHER $100 off in the form of a Rebate! Bottom line, I got the tires installed in less than 20 minutes with an appointment, the car rides like it's new and I'll be saving nearly $250 over buying these tires somewhere else. STRONGEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS DISCOUNT TIRE. Call/Go see Scott or Alex--they'll take care of you. read more

Awesome service! These guys are so nice! Came in to get some air for my tire, and because one of them is particularly low, they put that tire in water to check for bubble - all for free! And all while right at 6 pm quitting time on a Friday! Very thorough after-sale service! Thank you Discount Tire!! read more

Prompt service that mirrored a pit crew when your car is pulled into their garage. Everyone looked that they had a purpose with no one standing around. The entire process from walking in to getting in my car took 30mins. They explained everything, appeared efficient, and were professional through the entire process with technicians greeting you at the door. read more

I was needing a new tire for my Toyota Matrix, urgently. I look on a couple place before I came here. The staff provides great service, a variety of tires, from affordable to high dollar tires. I guessing the whole thing took about 20 minutes. Definitely I'm coming back to buy more tires when I need them. read more

Great service! The guys are friendly, and the service is fast. Forget Firestone, forget Goodyear. Been here twice and the guys are nice, helpful, and fast. read more

came without an appointment to Discount Tires and was in and out, in no time at all. After driving my 1-hour commute from Winston Salem back to Charlotte. I noticed that my vehicle was driving abnormal. So, I decided to stop by Discount Tires, the staff (WOW) me, Sam was very knowledgeable about his inventory of tires and giving me the best price for my college student budget haha. I would recommend this location of Discount Tires to anyone because they do not make you feel like its only about the money. They give you that good old fashion customer service. read more

I highly recommend Sam. He knows what he's doing. Very nice and friendly. Always trying his best to help on what you need and what you can afford. read more

I been going to this Establishment for last 10-12 years and there is almost every time they have a new people.Sometimes people are fast learners sometimes they are not. What I do not like this is a second time (I go for balance and rotation every few months) they let people that they are not for this job and they let them do job alone without any supervision. They are in my opinion worthless .And if you are Scott and Michael (guys in red) should be very careful right now I will go back because my car puling in left side because they did not do good balance and I told that to Scott because I was watching what guy was doing and it was painful to watch.Left side would show him 0.25 and right side 0.00 and he will put something somewhere and check again now right side was 2.75 and lest was 1.75 .Worst experience ever. And now I have to go back because my car puling to the left when I was going home....Worst and even more worst ever. read more

I travel and sell to Muffler and Undercar specialty shops. My low pressure tire warning light came on my dash and I was traveling from Charlotte area but now on 85 North near Salisbury. I stopped at one of the shops that does business with me, Integrity Auto (By the way an excellent and honest shop) but they didn't work on tires. Gilbert at Integrity referred me to Discount Tire, a shop that only sells tires and related items. They are not a potential customer for the exhaust products I sell. Finally here's the IMPRESSIVE part, I'm from out of town, I've never done any business with them, I have not been paid to write this review. They patched (not plugged) my tire at NO Charge. Mainly just let me know who to consider buying tires from the next time I need them. Imagine if they give this kind of service to someone like me, if you are a local buying customer the service and price has got to be unbelievable. I'm busy, I'm working today on sales reports but even so I knew I couldn't live with myself and not give these guys the respect and recognition they certainly deserve. read more
