    Just fantastic I ordered the wrong tie size for my truck and they corrected it for me they called me and said hey this tire is too small thank God they did that great place thank you !

    I had to get a lug nut and they were nice enough to fix it up on my car tighten it and give it to me , these guys are amazing! I value every thing they did for me. 10/10 place would recommend!!!!!!!

    Have purchased multiple mods for my 22 Jeep Rubicon. Great customer service! Very clear on time line for parts coming in, worked with us to schedule convenient drop off Day abs work was completed timely. Better yet, when we noticed minor issues afterwards, they were adamant about getting it corrected, no questions!! (Welcome to owning a Jeep lol) Will 100% continue to do business with them ... in fact, picking up my Jeep today bc I had my fog lights upgraded. More mods planned, these are my guys!!!

    Tires that are separating.

    This company will not go through with warranty claims for you at all. Then they proceeded to tell you it's gonna cost you too much to ship it back to the company. Then I request an address because I travel the United States and it won't cost me anything for shipping they will leave you hanging and won't give you any address at all. Come to find out they never tried to prorate it at all. I will never deal with this company ever again and Shaun is the sorry sales guy that I dealt with this entire time.

    Great selection with honestly the best package prices. Ordered wheels, tires, tpms, and lugs for my truck with no issues. Tires came mounted and balanced perfectly. I received my order on time as promised.

    two rims came damaged. Took zero responsibility. Had to refuse charges on card. Bank took care car of me. Michael said not his fault!!

    We took our dually RV for front tires and to possibly remove tire pressure monitors from the stems…read more We spoke to John and he told us that they don't usually work on dually tires. We agreed that if they looked at it and we're not confident then they should not work on it. When we arrived in the afternoon they said they were able to remove the monitors and move the stems for access. We saw a long stem hanging off one tire, which we had not seen before (it may have been tucked behind). We didn't think that was right but we're not "tire experts." Shortly after we headed out for our first trip after they worked on these stems, and we made it to Binghamton NY where both tires went flat. This happened to be Fathers Day and all roadside service providers wanted to change more than their 2 hour minimum @ approximately $150 per hour. We slept in the CVS parking lot and got service the next day. The issue was the UNSECURED stem had come loose. The roadside service replaced the stem and SECURED the extender. We were able to complete our trip to Bar Harbor and back. Upon our return I reached out to John and sent him the invoice. He said he would review it and get back to me. Three weeks later I had to call him and he said he was on vacation for a week and then just forgot about me. He feels they have done nothing wrong and said they would not have left the stem unsecured. I have a photo of it right after we left their shop. Bottom line is this business will not take ownership for their mistakes.

I have know John for more than 20 years and he take so much pride in his work there. You would think his part owner the way he treats everyone.     Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more I had a 4:00 PM appointment today for a tire balance, rotation, and alignment. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler well before 3:30 PM. As my ride was picking me up, I saw one of their employees get in my Jeep and drive it around the parking lot--not into a bay, just joyriding with a big smile on his face. I didn't think much of it at the time, assuming they were about to start the work. Fast forward to 7:00 PM, and I still hadn't heard anything. I check the app--no updates. I call the shop--they're CLOSED. No call, no email, no message. Nothing. Concerned, I got a ride back to the shop to check on my vehicle. My Jeep--which has no doors or roof and a brand-new sound system--was parked outside, completely exposed, with rain in the forecast. To make things worse, no work had been done. So I have to ask: Why was that kid driving my Jeep around the parking lot? What exactly were they doing with my vehicle for nearly 4 hours? And why on earth wasn't I notified they were keeping it overnight? I'm having the Jeep towed home tonight at my own expense and will be addressing this with management first thing in the morning. I'm also filing a report with the BBB. Check the other recent reviews here and on Google--this isn't an isolated incident. This place is a mess. Issue after issue, and they've clearly learned nothing.

    I came in at 7:20am for an 8:00am appointment. There was one other customer inside when I got…read morethere. He only needed a simple check to a battery. He was out in no time. After an hour and a half of me just sitting and no manager providing feedback on my vehicle, my car was still sitting high on the car lift. I stood up to get answers but the phone was ringing and all the guys were in the garage. One of my car tires was just laying there by itself. No one was inside so I walked out to check for myself what was going on. I asked one of the mechanics that was standing there on his phone, if he knew what was going on with my car. He told me it should be ready in 30 min or so. I didn't leave until 10:00am. The manager tried to tell me that the studs on my wheels should be replaced every 3-4 times after I rotate the tires. That is NOT true! They should not be replaced that often and are supposed to last the life of the car UNLESS, there is corrosion, damage, snapped or cross thread, have a tightening issue or wobbling or a vibration. I always do my research. Also, when I went outside and saw the guys standing around not working, I asked one of the mechanics why is no one working on my car? He told me, they damaged my stud and had to order another one. He said it should be here in 30 minutes. No one came to tell me at all. I was just sitting there and what should have been a simple tire rotation lasted 2 and a half hours!!! I will not return here again. I have video and pics of no work being performed on my car. The courteous thing would have been to simply tell me what happened so I would have known. Honest mistake. Not try to cover it up then charge me for something YOU did. After I told him what I was told by HIS employee, he lied and said he would do ME a favor and not charge me THIS TIME. How about not charge me??!! I bought my tires from firestone. I'm entitled to free rotation because they're under warranty and if YOU break the stud sir, YOU are responsible for replacing it. NOT ME! Ethics out there window! I'm so disappointed because they used to have a good manager and good mechanics here. I guess they've left just like morals and honesty.
