We had recently replaced the control arms, struts, and sway bar links but apparently the top sway bar links had not been lubed by our home auto shop. We looked up a Jiffy Lube nearby and found this one 30 miles from where we were. Jiffy Lube took the time to understand what happened and they worked us right in. Jayden and David were awesome, they were both super pleasant and knowledgeable and gave amazing service. There was a third guy there we didn't catch his name but they were all awesome. We come through town annually to get service on our RV, so it's great to start to build relationships with other vendors. These folks were great!!! Uzi took his time to help us get what we were looking for so we could make the purchase. Here is why this is important. Women are often dismissed in the automotive arena. Our questions aren't taken seriously, and sometimes, men in these shops can be condescending. Uzi and everyone there was professional and helfpul. When we asked about the date on the tires he'd acquired and said we wanted newer tires, Uzi scoured the country to find us tires that would work. And he and his co-worker did an amazingly careful job getting our tires on and ready to roll! Here is what worked for us! ====================== Great care with the purchase process by Uzi Great installation and care with our tires and our TPMS sensors Great hosting us while we waited by Debbie Nice spacious waiting room with wifi Water and coffee in the waiting room AC in the waiting room Restrooms Open parking lot Pretty easy to find their location What did not work: ================= No donuts , just kidding these guys were great. No donuts needed!! We're fans! Note, they don't take appointments, so you gotta get there early for a first come fittest served setup. They are a duper busy shop, so plan accordingly.

This place is awesome…read more Someone in the Zion visitors center parking lot pointed out I had a flat. Oh no! My day of hiking ruined. I wait an hour for a tow truck to come out and put the donut on-- "$200, please." That seems excessive but I'm hostage, what can I say. So then I ask Claude/ChatGPT where I should drive to to actually get the tire replaced or repaired. They both recommend this place. (I love when they agree.) I get there maybe around 11am. I'm desperate for quick service because I don't want to lose a day hiking on my vacation. (Had a permit for the Subway.) Long story short, not only do they patch the tire within 30 minutes, but when they call me back up to the counter, they're like, "Oh, yeah, no charge. We do patches as a courtesy." The audible "Whaaaaaaaaaaat?" that escaped me... This is a shop that must deal pretty exclusively with vacationers that they will never see again. That they would treat a one-off customer with such respect-- compare that to the $200 fee that morning for someone simply putting the donut on-- really floored me. When I am back in Zion, if anything happens to my car, these dudes have my undying loyalty.

We were on a two-car trip from Arizona to Seattle when every warning light on our Subaru Forester…read morestarted flashing. It happened at a very difficult time and place, about 150 miles east of St. George and in a snow storm. We stopped in Kanab for an engine test and were told that the transmission had developed a problem that would disable the All-Wheel-Drive. We were told that driving to St. George would not cause further damage to the transmission but the snow storm, without all-wheel-drive, resulted in a very cautious drive to St. George. We called ahead to St. George Transmission and they were familiar with that particular Subaru problem and they had the parts in stock. We decided that our other car, a Ford Transit 350 van handled even worse than the Subaru so while St. George Transmission fixed the Subaru, we had Snow tires put on the van. We have fond memories of St. George and, especially of St. George Transmission. They made our Forester safe to drive, even though the snow storm got worse as we drove on to Seattle. Great company and staff is very knowledgeable in Subaru transmission problems.
