We were on a road trip to Page, Az, headed back to Cali when we noticed a squeaking in the front end. We had recently replaced the control arms, struts, and sway bar links but apparently the top sway bar links had not been lubed by our home auto shop. We looked up a Jiffy Lube nearby and found this one 30 miles from where we were. Jiffy Lube took the time to understand what happened and they worked us right in. I went in to have an oil change, tire rotation, and overall car check-up while visiting family for the weekend. After they inspected my vehicle, they ended up saying I needed fluids topped off as well as air filters changed. I agreed and they went to work, estimating about 30 minutes, saying they would call me when my vehicle was ready. They never called to tell me it was ready to pick up and they also never called to tell me that they were not able to rotate my tires. Slightly annoyed, I paid and left their shop. About a week later, I went to open my glove box and realized they never put it back together properly after changing the cabin air filter. They just left everything inside of the glove department so when it opens it falls out. I was also visiting from out of state so I was no longer able to return and have them fix the issue. Because of this, it ultimately made me question the quality and reliability of the other work that was done. Be cautious when visiting this shop. read more

Boy did the service technician's attitude change when I asked them for oil and filter only, and specifically told them not to open or service anything else. New vehicle with 9,000 miles did not need anything else. First thing one tech did was turn on the wipers and start spraying wiper fluid, I guess that's how they wash your windshield. I reminded them again oil and filter only. They never said another word, no thank you or come back soon. Three grown men that should be out on a construction crew, not grease monkeying. read more

My bf and I were traveling through and needed to stop for an oil change after going through the national parks. During the change, while tipping off the fluids, the crew noticed the coolant reservoir leaking. They found the part, went and picked it up for us and got it fixed in a timely manner. The mechanics were very friendly and nice. We ended up getting the transmission fluid serviced due to mileage and our long trip. We didn't hesitate to get this because the service guy was not pushy at all and found us better coupons than we had with us. I was recommended by a friend to come, wasn't a good experience both times I went making it a decision to not go anymore, my friend also said she had her car un-driveable after her service, and went to a different mechanic that said the wiring was messsssed up. Now to my car, first time servicing it and had the tires rotated and my tire pressure alert came on, thought it was random and checked all my tires pressure having them all be good, a friend said it was a sensor issue that wasn't too big of a problem, went to recently service it and my check engine light came on, I have a code reader and it said the air to fuel intake was too high so there was too much air going in, my boyfriend adjusted the filters and a few things and fixed it! Thankfully!! What it seems like is causing small alerts so you come back in and spend a un needed amount of money, could be against girl, could be anyone! Either way I wouldn't take your car there if you don't want to have the 50/50 chance you might have to get a new ride. or spend money that you don't have! read more

This review is based on this visit only. We have our vehicles oil changes done here all the time. Not because they are the best but because it is the only place in town with a pit so they don't have to lift my vehicles. The last oil change I had done there was on my VW Passat. The next 2 weeks my car started to drip oil quite bad. I took it back and the guy said the plug wasn't tight. Potential for disaster. Today I took the VW car and my Denali truck at the same time. The staff do not seem to like their jobs at all. Not just one person, ALL of them. They aren't happy to be there and don't like their jobs. They were testy & impatient but not rude. Just not a great customer service day. I was an inconvenience in their day. And they were pissed when I wanted to use a coupon. They used it but it was just another thing they had to do. I miss the days of when The Grease Monkey owned it and let me drive my own vehicle in so no dirty hands were in my car. They gave me a paper and a free car wash. I spent over $225 today and am not feeling the love nor am I all that confident in the work. read more

I regularly get my oil change at the Hurricane Jiffy lube and always had great service until today! The lady who help us was rude and very unprofessional. I work in customer service and I believe treat people the way you want to be treated. Every time she talked in to speak to us she was rude and slammed the door every time she left after speaking with us, we were not rude to her at all and we answered every question she asked us nicely. Finally Paul another employee came in and treated us a lot better and the other gentleman treated us better but was rude the moment we pulled up. I don't know that I'll be returning if she is working. read more

NEVER GO HERE!!! They did not service my daughter car correctly and it cost us over $700 dollars to fix. They first caused an oil leak when they serviced the car then fixed it they said. When the car had problems with it being low 3 Quarts of oil they said it wasn't their fault. They were very rude and belittled me to prove they were right and I was wrong.
