I purchased four new tires and four new wheels last weekend, and since the installation my car shakes above 60 mph--something it did not do before. My issue is that I'm now sitting here waiting behind a large number of cars to have their mistake corrected. I was also told yesterday that no appointment was necessary. I completely respect customers who arrived before me, but this isn't a new service--I'm returning because of an issue with work already performed. When a customer has to return because something wasn't done correctly, I believe correcting that problem should be prioritized. Again, Gustavo gets 5 stars for customer service. My frustration is with how the location handles service recovery when the customer has to return through no fault of their own.

One of the guys told me that I really shouldn't have them dangling from my keys like that because it is bad for my car and could end up costing me a lot to fix. I really appreciate their honesty because they could have ended up benefiting from my forgetfulness but instead they chose to have integrity. Things like that will keep me coming back to City. I have been given the runaround for 3 weeks trying to get a diagnostic on my ford mustang due to a check engine light coming on. This was preventing me from doing a state inspection. I would call in advance and ask when I could come in and was always told someone was available just to show up and be told there were to busy now to have someone see me at all that day. Today, I called in advance AGAIN to have a diagnostic done and while going there my engine started to stall. Once I stalled literally in front of the front doors all of the mechanics left, rudely almost hitting my car doing so and I was told because it was close to closing time no one could make the time to tell me what the issue was so I could inform a tow company or mobile mechanic. It was cold, heartless and extremely unprofessional business. That being said after calling around desperately I was blessed to find a new traveling mechanic serving DFW and surrounding areas named Jay's mobile auto service. He came to me, diagnosed the issue very fast and fixed it within 2 hours. I will now be giving him all of my car business. He got my vehicle in for the inspection right away, even though they were busy, after the inspection he took me inside the work bay, so I could see what the issue was first hand. Because he knew the repairs would take a little while, the business provided a ride via Lyft to my house, after a few hours Steven G called to inform me that my repairs would take a little longer than expected, and that they would be keeping it over night. The next morning they called to inform me that the work was complete and ordered a Lyft from my house to Breaks Plus for me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he went over the repairs again to ensure I understood what they did. As an added bonus, Breaks Plus gave me a military discount, that reduced my bill by a couple hundred dollars. All in all, I'd say that I was more than pleased with the service I received. I'm glad that I no longer have to listen to the "Que, Que, Que, sound as I'm driving down the road.
