What an absolute nightmare. I took my vehicle to Take 5 on October 13 for a routine oil change…read more During the service, they damaged my oil pan so severely that my vehicle was no longer operable and had to be pushed to a repair shop. Take 5 acknowledged the damage and arranged for repairs and a rental vehicle. Although my car has been repaired for several days, I still cannot retrieve it because their claims administrator has not approved payment. I've now been told that approval may take another 7-10 days. Meanwhile, I'm stuck in a rental vehicle that creates additional expenses for my normal work commute. I've contacted the location manager, requested escalation to upper management, and spent 37 minutes on hold trying to reach corporate customer service without anyone answering. A routine oil change has turned into more than a week without my vehicle, with no clear resolution. I appreciate that Take 5 initially accepted responsibility, but their handling of the aftermath has been extremely disappointing.

I especially want to thank Mr. Abraham, who went above and beyond by staying after business hours to replace our radiator. He even gave us a ride so we could pick up our vehicle. I would strongly advise caution before using First Fix Auto Care…read more I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak repair and A/C compressor replacement. They attempted to fix the oil leak three separate times, and it is still leaking. An independent technician later told me it appears they likely replaced only the gasket instead of the full (and commonly warped) cover -- meaning the repair was never going to hold. As for the A/C, it is still not working. Another technician found there was no refrigerant in the system and that there is a leak. Despite this, when I raised concerns, I received the following written response from them: "we've done our part and we've fixed your ac. [sic]" That was the extent of it. There was no acknowledgment of responsibility, no willingness to investigate further, and no attempt to stand behind their work. Instead, the tone was dismissive and defensive. I paid for repairs that were not properly completed. The lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply disappointing. Proceed at your own risk.

I HATE HATE HATE getting things done for my car because other places try to up charge you or say something is wrong. NOT the case here, I WAS BLOWN away with the process. No "extra" hidden fees when I was ready to check out. One gentleman even filled ALL my tires with air & we were on our way. The whole service for my oil change took 16 minutes. I was in and out in 21 minutes. I am telling ALL my friends & family about this place. They just got a customer for life.
