My vehicle had to be brought in a total of three times. The guys there felt so bad for me and I just laughed and went and sat down and drank some more coffee that I didn't need. Things happen and there's no reason to get upset about it. None of this was their fault that I needed all this stuff but they were very cordial and it was actually fun. $1300 later isn't that great but that's part of owning a vehicle. I've been going to this Goodyear for seven years and I just think everybody is so nice there and easy to get along with. I have been to a lot of auto repair shops. I mean, A LOT. I have brought it in the different places…read morefor oil changes and routine visits. Every shop I had asked to listen to my car and when I accelerate it makes a whining noise. No one said anything about it, just that its normal. It wasnt normal. Christian brothers fixed it! This place is by far my favorite. I have had the most expensive problems with my vehicle. And of course in times that were not convenient. My vehicle at the time was making a very loud sound, and suddenly the power steering was out. I called them and they took it in right away. Within a couple days my car was running, and no whining noise! That staff is very friendly, and I firmly believe they are more honest than honest one... My issue, in retrospect is the labor charges of $900 for approx 3 hour job. Brakes replaced on four ends, a ball joint replaced, alignment on Hyundai Elantra. Routine work for experienced technician. I learned later that prices equal or maybe exceed dealer pricing. No complaints with the work, but the total cost for service with tax, shop and environmental fees almost $2k was a shock.
