They're extremely efficient and honest about the issues my car had and didn't make me feel like I was being hustled like some mechanics do. Like many other car owners, I used to despise going to the mechanics for fear of being scammed out of money by being told of repairs that my car does not need. I did not have this fear the past year after finding Trinity Automotive. Dave and Jessica, the owners, and their team are SO nice, honest, and professional. They make sure to explain every service that goes to your car. Not even specific to auto mechanic shops, their customer service is unmatched by any other store I have ever been to! Even seeing their interactions with other guests you can tell they genuinely make personal connections with each of their customers. Bonus : Their waiting room is probably the most well-stocked and clean waiting room of a shop I have ever seen.

I am a single Mom, Special Ed Teacher work two jobs. I could NOT be without a vehicle, but yet mine wasn't running and I had no money for the repair. Jason helped me come up with options that were feasible for my situation and even offered up a complimentary loaner car to help get me by. I was so grateful and truly moved by their empathy and support with this situation. I felt that someone FINALLY cared enough about my struggles (financially) to help me when often times I had felt alone with no options. I will be a forever customer and spread the word on their impeccable customer service and dedication to their customers. Thank you Jason and Phil!!! You made a very tough, and embarrassing situation to a broken single mom feel comfort and at ease. Forever grateful and hope to pay it forward someday :) RS

C&J was able to get us in so we could get the diagnosis (the engine was done) and start planning our return. If you ever find yourself stranded far from home, you know how overwhelming it feels. You're in an unfamiliar town, your options are limited, and you're trying to figure out who you can trust. From the moment we talked to C & J Automotive in Aurora, we felt like we were talking to someone who genuinely cared. They delivered the bad news with honesty and kindness. It felt less like dealing with a repair shop and more like having a trusted brother or uncle helping you through a really rough day. They never made us feel pressured or taken advantage of, and they've gone above and beyond to help us coordinate everything while we're back home. The shop itself is warm and welcoming, and the seasonal decorations made me smile on an otherwise awful few days. We are incredibly grateful that this happened in a place with people like the team at C & J Automotive. If you're local or traveling through the Iron Range and need someone you can trust, this is the place to go.

I was not disappointed…read more I used them for two services: new tires on my Tesla and an oil change for an old SUV that only sits in the garage. Both experiences were great. There was one very minor hiccup that was easily remedied. I have two sets of wheels, one for winter and one for summer. I left the winter wheels and they called me when the new tires were ready. I was told I could call back the day I wanted to swap them on my car since it would only take 15 minutes to accomplish. When I called in the morning to see if I could come in that afternoon, I was told I had to make an appointment, which would be a week later at the earliest. If I had been told this in the first place, I would have just made the appointment at that time. Nonetheless, they called me back and said they could squeeze me in that same day. Very minor and not concerning. Everyone was incredibly helpful and the service and pricing were amazing. I'll be back for sure.

C&S Automotive kept my 2018 Honda CR-V for almost a year, promising to fix an engine sludge issue…read morethey claimed "didn't need a new engine." After weeks of silence and excuses, they reversed course--now saying I did need a new engine. Every week I was told they were "looking" for one. Months later, Chris finally said he had found one and wanted to "surprise" me. Two more months passed and still no installation--just more delays. When I pressed for answers, they told me I was being "mouthy." That single word says everything about their arrogance, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customers--especially customers of color, who they clearly do not treat with the same respect or urgency. By the time I towed my car elsewhere, the tires were destroyed from sitting, and the brakes and rotors were rusted beyond repair. Another shop replaced the engine within a week. DISHONEST, DISMISSIVE, and INCOMPETENT. C&S Automotive wasted nearly a year of my time, cost me thousands in avoidable damage, and showed open disrespect. Do not take your car here under any circumstance.
