This location is once again, a great location. It seems like every couple of years as a good manager moves on, this place takes a huge slide from 5 stars to 1 star. Currently, the store manager here is fantastic, and his crew is nothing short of amazing. I've never seen 2 people handle 3 cars at a time, AND STILL have cars in and out within 15 mins. Who knows what the future holds, but as long as this crew is here.....I will be too! June 2023. read more

Literally did NOT put oil in my car. $100 for an oil change and they didn't put oil in the car. Car started making noises and running hard about a week or so after said incident. Thank God it didn't completely ruin my car. Go across the street to Jiffy Lube; the service is better and faster and they actually put oil in. read more

What has happened to the Forest Lake Jiffy Lube I have been going to since 2006/2007? I was greeted right away by Daniel, prior to pulling in the bay and explained to him I was going on a road trip, needed spark plugs and fluids topped. He said he had to check with his manager Gage on the spark plugs, after checking with Gage he told me to pull my car in the bay. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Gage. Told him what I needed, he said my car would have to cool down, and then they would change the spark plugs. This was at 10:30am. At 11:15 I stuck my head out the window and asked how much longer the wait would be. (I was very polite) Gage said he would check. He and Daniel were under the hood, at 11:35, the hood closed, and without any further discussion he started waving me out the bay. I explained to him that I would need to pay for the spark plugs, he's very rudely stated he didn't change them. His exact words were "we didn't change them because you said you were in a hurry". I was on the telephone and told somebody I had been waiting 45 minutes and wasn't sure what was going on but I would ask... I can't imagine they heard my conversation, but nowhere did I ever say I was in a hurry. As a matter fact my exact words were "I'm going on a road trip, and I typically have you guys check everything over before I go, and the last oil change Tyler said "next time you come in get the spark plugs done". Gage said "you asked me to check your spark plugs, and it's still too hot. I took one out, didn't like how it looked, so I put it back in and shut the hood." I said " How long does it typically take to cool down", he said 30 to 60 minute. I asked if I wait here another half hour will it be cool enough to do I've already been here 45 minutes, I might as well just wait? "He said "no, you asked me to check the spark plugs you never said anything about replacing them, we can't do that today". (after me sitting in my car for 45 minutes mind you). He knew exactly what I was asking for, he told me the service would be provided, and then he changes it 45 minutes later and says "you just asked me to check them and I don't like how they look so I closed the hood". I have never since 2006/2007 dealing with Jiffy Lube, been treated with such unprofessionalism, disrespect, and quite honestly if you take something out of my car, don't like how it looks, and put it back, I deserve more of an explanation than that. Now I'm wondering if my car is OK to drive. (it's a nice car, I imagine it is just fine, but he took a spark plug out, said he didn't like how it looked, and put it back in? What is that about?) I will never step foot in the place I've been going to for all of these years, based on the fact that you replace quality general managers with the likes of what I dealt with this morning? Somewhere in his training He left feeling like it was OK to treat customers like this. I feel sorry for Kevin. He's the only one left there that I can recognize, he's an amazing mechanic, and to have to work with coworkers having such horrible attitude, lack of professionalism and the sketchy attitudes I dealt with this morning, will no doubt affect him, too. That kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness, isn't just a bad day, this is clearly who this person is. Now I'm driving around in my car after he took a spark plug out, didn't like how it looked, and closed the hood. We were going to have no further conversation according to him other than waving me out of the bay? What is that? Thank you Jiffy Lube. I wouldn't trust him with my bicycle. I've been asked to "come back later" before when they were extremely busy, but never have somebody have me wait for a service in the bay, for 45 minutes, and then turn away my business with a wave of the hand. Literally. I guess that's good for Jiffy Lube that they're doing so well, they can turn away business and treat customers that poorly. As I was getting ready to post this I noticed there was a review left from a different customer 22 hours ago that was treated the same way... in my opinion, putting somebody in charge of peoples vehicles that speaks and acts like the new general manager at Forest Lake, is dangerous. That kind of behavior, comes out in the work done or not done, and puts people in danger on the roadways. read more

Maybe I got lucky with their A-Team, or maybe it's because nothing is too busy at 10am on a Thursday, but I don't understand the low star reviews. I was in and out in 15 minutes with your standard oil change. All fluids were topped off, and they even knew green valve caps were due to nitrogen in the tires. Bravo! read more

Our oil light came on unexpectedly and Jiffy Lube was able to get us in right away for service. They identified the problem and was able to do the services needed to get us back on the road again. There were multiple people working on our car which ensured a quick turnaround. Everyone was professional, courteous, and thorough in working on our car. read more

Very fast service and everybody here was very pleasant. Oil change, tire rotation within 20 minutes they had me out the door and on my way. They didn't try and up sell me on anything just took care of what was needed. read more

The staff was friendly and nice but way understaffed. I was there for over an hour and there was no line. They did not have the proper air filter or coolant for my car either. Will not be returning. read more

Horrible Jiffy Lube. Said they filled my windshield wiper fluid and upon leaving noticed it was still empty. Then was supposed to have coolant topped off and they still needed to add more. Finally, said they vacuumed the car and it wasn't even touched with a vacuum. If you're going to claim to have done those things then do it. Definitely won't be going back to this jiffy lube. Bad experience. Try a different jiffy lube. read more

Called to make sure we didn't still need an appointment, you know since covid...? Guy on phone acted like I wasted his time. Whatever. I pulled in and walked into the lobby, waited for 10 minutes until I walked out into the shop to find someone to acknowledge I was there. Told them i just wanted to drop of my truck like i always do and will pick up when done, told them no hurry just call me when it is done. They did not call. the receipt says vacuum floors - NO THEY DID NOT, it says tire pressure 35/35 - NOT CORRECT. Says outside windows cleaned - um NO! what else did they lie about? now i will check for a new filter and see if the oil was even changed. point being now i am full of doubt and do not trust Jiffy Lube. I mean why put these things on there if they are not going to do them and then lie!? I send my fleet of 14 vehicles to Jiffy lube and now when I bring MY truck in they do this... will be rethinking my options. read more

The girl with the hand tattoos couldn't be bothered to help my husband. He asked about cost of an oil change on our vehicle and she wouldn't even look it up, just made a "guess". Wouldn't answer any questions and was just plain lazy. If this were one of my employees she'd be fired for giving a customer reason to go to the competition. Needless to say he left and went over to Valvoline. The man there was more than happy to answer all questions and was very helpful in doing the extra work to find out the oil needed without even being asked. read more

I always have good luck with this location. Very fair and not too pushy. Of course, you have the obligatory add on sales being offered, but, not to the point of annoyance.They got me in and out of there super quickly. The staff is always friendly and chatty and I will visit more for sure. read more

This place is horrible! I do not recommend it at all. First of all it took almost an hour. Then they said they were struggling to get the skid plates back on underneath the car. That cover your oil and so stuff don't get up into your car they said it just fell off the bottom of my car! They don't just fall off. They removed them when they got the car. The chic at the front desk said they were were going to zip tip it on! Seriously! Then we had a coupon for five bucks off from another client that was there and she said it wouldn't work said it was expired, it was valid for another month. Usually don't use coupons but the fact that they are way more expensive then any other place I figured I would. She wouldn't give us the coupon because she couldn't figure it out. Another client was not happy as they left her car running for over 30 minutes before she finally told them to shut of off. She left after 50 minutes of waiting. She also had a coupon that she was not going to be able to use. Horrible customer service at front desk!!!! Completely incompetent in every way of the job!! Will never be going back!! read more

Are you Kidding me? Took my company vehicle in for oil change. Only the second time it has been in for and oil change and both times to the same Jiffy lube store. No one else has been under the truck. Drove the truck and the same day the skid plate fell down and dragged down the freeway and destroyed it. Called the store and they said have a new one installed at the dealer and file a claim with Jiffy Lube. Did that. They said it would take four weeks for corporate to respond. Been twice that. Not a word. Nothing. Nada. Called back to store and they know nothing about it. No paperwork. Nothing. Big pain in the ass. Can't give less than one star. read more

My Wife and I were totally blown away with how friendly and professional this team was. I believe Robert and/or Melissa were running the show when we stopped in for an oil change and transmission flush(seasonal special) on one of our trucks. They noticed we were on a road trip(Colorado plates) with our trucks packed full and sincerely wanted to make sure that both vehicles were ready for the journey....so after finishing the above mentioned services, Robert came in and said, "let's make sure your Ranger is road ready as well". OK COOL, so I pulled it in and they topped off a bunch of fluids, checked tire pressure, and who knows what else...bottom line, they went above and beyond to provide the best experience at a service station ever. I am NEVER going back to Jiffy Lube. Not a knock on this location, but more about their blindside promotion. I've grown accustomed to the pricing for the upgraded oil change. I was expecting around $65. I was blown away when my bill was $101! That is when I noticed they removed all the pricing from the menu board. They explain this lopsided rebate program which was horrible and likely to have a low redemption rate. For $20 rebate, I need to go to their website, provide me personal info, upload a photo of my receipt, wait 4-6 weeks, eventually get a check that I will need to go to the bank to cash. That is if they decide to send a rebate. They talk about a $10 gift card for your next visit, but who needs that? That offer is available anytime. All I can say is that Pennizol marketing dept must use their own oil to groom their hair. What a bunch of scum buckets. Long time customer lost to used car sales practice. read more
