Car had to be towed to mechanic, mechanic did diagnostic test and said it was bad battery. I called the local Bear, Delaware to explain and they told me that even with my receipt and warranty being good, I would need to go back to the mechanic's shop, pick up the battery, bring it to them, they would have to "test" it and make sure it was "bad" and not the alternator, etc., and determine if it it was "returnable" for a new battery. Who in the hell has time for this nonsense and poor customer service? Do not every buy a battery from Advance Auto Parts! I was told that "unfortunately, the burden is on the customer"! They will never see me again as a customer. This was my first time buying a drive thru battery from a low life retailer who thinks it should be the customer's job to prove a product they sell is bad. Advance Auto Parts should be ashamed of themselves as a company and their undercut and screw the customer policy/warranty!

He had to order them and was told to come back at 1pm they would be delivered to the store. Somehow, the order was mixed up and my delivery wasn't there until 4:30pm. John made it " right" for me. He and Danai both apologized saying they have never had a mix up in delivery times before. They had a tv and coffee machine so I sat watched two movies and waited. Once the tires were delivered, John had a technician put them in right away. I walked out of the store at 5:30pm, 4 hours later, but understood that " things happen" and it was ok. I was treated very well and I will go back, because their customer service was so good! Thank you John & Danai.

They took me in soon as I got there which is awesome! Overall the service took 30 minutes. I didn't have my store credit card which I let them know in advance and they help me out anyway. Tarantula problem getting my card information from another store so they took time to troubleshoot it and made it worse. They're lifesavers for that! Bunny lol cash so this really helped me out. I highly recommend this in any other fire stone or isolated brand, the cause of the aforementioned price. Great service and value makes it easy to recommend this place!

They constantly miss things that are needed to be done and try to price gouge you and guilt you into needing things for your car. They told me I needed a new air filter, which granted, I did, but they wanted to charge me almost $90 for it! They sent a very nice man out about 10 minutes after I called, who came and took my old tire, then went back to M&M to get me a new one. It took him like a minute to take off and 2 minutes to put back on. I was stranded on the side of the road, got a new tire and it changed for me all under a hour. ( if I didn't call them, I was looking at a 3 hour wait for my husband to get there.) Hands down best service, both customer and professional. Fast, friendly with fair prices!
