Wow. While not the most impressive location in Wilmington - definitely one of the better tire…read moreshops I've been too....they know what they're doing - which is more important than their location. Just looking at the high end cars they have in their lot says it all. I went to them to have an existing winter wheel/tire package put on the car. And - more importantly - they are keeping the summer package in storage for me so I don't have to lug and store at home. In the spring, I'll drive the 7 miles down and wait an hour while they make the switch. They use seat/floor protectors, understood the proper torque, confirmed the correct tire pressure, and updated the TPMS within the vehicle. I spoke to several of their workers - who knew what they were doing. In addition to the usual tire work, they do a BIG business in refurnishing/repairing rims (scratched or bent). The new tires they sell are generally the larger sizes and generally the European brands, and, as much as I have loved TireRack, I'll use these guys for my new tires going forward, as they are competitive (and tax free). Sometimes price alone doesn't tell the entire story. WELL DONE ADAM and team.

BUYER BEWARE…read more Seller sold a counterfeit Audi rim on eBay and was completely unprofessional during the return process. They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. Do not shop here.

They told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and told me I had to pay an additional $185 for the tow. I paid the money under duress, drove the vehicle home, and once again, upon exiting the vehicle saw that the oil was still leaking continually, if not worse than before.
