Lunchbox Garage is trash. I brought my car in here for AC, a gasket leak with two bolts missing, in the push start button, not working costing a total of $3400 from my car wasn't working nonstop to them telling me that they hear a tick noise at the bottom of my engine them going from there to replacing the part after sitting in the parking lot for nine months, having parts stolen off my truck after them, breaking parts from the brake part, to my battery dying due to not being started for nine months from the light underneath the hood being stolen from my car, being broken into the tow electronic part missing to them, putting my engine back together and a piston breaking, and they charging me because they put my engine back together and a piston broke. You have to watch your bill when you go to these trash people I only have my car less than 30 days four Lyft rides of a total of $30 apiece three tows 140, 150, 175, to pay out 15,000 total to my engine seized up and not even being able to drive my car more than 30 days when I had a tow truck tow my truck three times within two weeks when I mean to tell you this place is trash after the people I'm selling a truck to gave me a price and called them because it's on their lot. The worker Stephanie had the audacity to ask me when are you gonna have the truck removed after they don't have my f-in truck on their premises for nine months, not even working on it and then Greg had the f-in nerve to call me to ask me how much would it cost to buy your truck because we are interested, the f-in audacity for these f-ing people to actually think it's OK to ask to buy my truck after having it for 11 months back-and-forth me paying $15,000 to ask me to remove my truck at a certain time it's crazy don't let me leave out. They asked me to get a new engine after I'm like $9000 in on work with the truck. These guys are a rip off. They don't know what the f they doing. These guys are trash when I mean to tell you, I wish I can give them a -10. You're going to see this survey on every site yelp, BBB, and Google they stop sending me surveys because they knew I was going to go in on the surveys when I mean to tell you. you have the mechanic that don't know nothing you have the front desk. Just want to tell you how things are in your car need to work besides after my engine seized they tried to charge me again for another engine and a transmission a total up to $10,000 but had the nerve to ask me after I'm getting it sold. I might have a friend interested in a truck. you trash a** company it's the worst this place is not on top of their game. They should not even been working 11 months on anything but it was hell. They are worse than any dealership ever I will never give a small business my money ever again!! read more

Every one in a while, you come across a business that operates the way you like to think is the way you would operate as well. That is the best way to describe working with the Lunchbox Garage. I have been restoring a 30th Anniversary Edition Camaro Z28. Most of the mechanical issues are beyond my knowledge and ability. So, I need to rely on a professional I can trust as car restoration requires a special relationship between an owner and the restorer. As components are being replaced you are bound to find other issues which can lead to adding to the cost of restoration. The best thing about this team is the attention to detail during the restoration. I would not trust this kind of work to anyone else. This time, I had my brakes and lines and the suspension system restored. They always treat my car as it was their own. I was immediately contacted when an issue appeared. This is usually accompanied by detailed photos or videos along with several options to address the problem. Can't say enough good things about the finished product. Recently, I needed new tires on my daily driver. I have been a long time buyer from Costco as their prices are hard to beat. Well, Lunchbox did just that and saved me almost $100.00! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Broke down in May on 95 heading from MD to NJ. After sitting on the side of the road (thankful to have gotten to the side of the road before the alternator completely died) for 2 hours we found this garage that was open until 10. To our surprise, it was a beautiful new building with a nice clean waiting room with a TV and gaming station. Bob the mechanic was a friendly HONEST guy who explained everything and made it clear he wouldn't replace a part unless it really needed it. As my 13 yr old daughter and I waited for my husband to come to DE, I imagined he would stay somewhere in a hotel overnight waiting for the car while we continued to our destination in NJ. We bought some food at the WaWa next door and watched some HGTV while the staff was so friendly and pleasant. They found the part we needed and we left with our car fixed at 10:30ish. It's n hour and a half away from my home, but if I needed repairs, I would go there if I could. I was so impressed - not just the service, but that they put thought into making a nice place for people to wait for repairs to be done. read more

Just wanted to say I've been going there over 3 years with my 2 son's car problems and they've always fixed the problems in cars we have after other places telling me "it's not worth it, Car is shot, other problems coexist, ect..". They couldn't afford to get newer cars while going to college full time and the folks at Lunchbox Garage have gone out of the way.... even picking them up from school and teaching my boys how to do maintenance work and what to watch for breaking while maintaining the old vehicles. My boys learned a lot from the experienced mechanics there (honestly, I'm a Teacher, so I'm pretty impressed that they spent so much time and taught them to respect the car that you drive). Now that their graduating and will soon be able to buy a newer car I wanted to write this as I'm impressed and proud of what this company has done helping my boys. Only place I trust to work on any of my vehicles. Work is accurate, and they don't try to upsell you or recommend unneeded repairs. They save you money and time. Each time I'm there my vehicles get checked top to bottom. They let me know if they see a potential issue and actually tell me what I can do to prevent having to bring my vehicle back for a costly repair. But even the big stuff gets done right without breaking my bank. I travel from out of state to take my vehicles here. I want to give a huge shout out to The Lunchbox Garage! They got me Pirelli tires for my SUV for less than $100 apiece. Mounted and balanced for just $80. Front end alignment for just $95. And oh yeah, they fixed some rattles in my exhaust shield for FREE. They will thoroughly inspect your vehicle at each visit.
