I got a new set of winter tires. They didn't ask if I was keeping any of my tires which upset me because my rear tires were brand new, just my summer set(I did get to keep them). I left with TPMS sensor flashing on my dash I brought it up to the tech and he told me it would go away after driving 40 min home it didn't go away. I called back got in touch with a very helpful and respectful worker there I freaked out on him but he continued to try to help me and understand what happened because my day was already rotten and I was very upset the tech lied and I was going to need to waste more of my day and money to drive back, he could have at least checked it before I left.. All in all went there got what I needed if u go there I recommend talking with the guy all the way to the right with the mustache. I was here for 2 hours actually even more service here is extremely slow but the employee's were very accepting of the slow service but I was here when it opened at 7:30 and left at 9:51 and I had a work shift the night before for 13 hour's and then this they need to step up their speed! read more

Had tires put on recently and went back a day later because of a vibration that wasn't there before. Figuring it was alignment or something (since my annual timeframe for one was coming up anyway), so had them do that and they rebalanced the tires again just to be sure. From where I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard the shop guys bitching about working on my car for a second time, and blaming the use of spacers, as if I directly said they messed up. After a day's worth of driving passed, I still noticed the vibration. That's when the thought occurred to me that they probably didn't torque it down correctly and was probably now indirectly being caused by the spacers. Re-torqued everything just now, and everything's back to normal; they did however over-torque my lug bolts. Truly believe that if they were lug nuts instead, I would've unintentionally snapped them all off trying to undo what had been done! El's served me well for alil over 10 years, but I'll have to go elsewhere going forward. read more

Worse place to fix or change your tires. I over paid this shop to replace my tires and performed alignment, my suburban was horrible un-aligned after replacing the tires. DO NOT USE THIA SHOP AT ALL. Service is horrible no face covering at the time they are inside your vehicle. Do your self a favor and go anywhere else to service your vehicle. read more

The service tech named Rodger who works at EL's Tires is a RACIST , his behavior towards me was HORRIBLE and he deliberately over inflated and under inflated the air in my tires, the front left was under inflated at 33 instead of 35 and the rear left was 35 instead of 38, the right sides were over inflated to 40. When I left the car was pulling to the left and shortly after that the low tire pressure indicator light came on (a service call to my dealership). There were also numerous SCRATCHES found on my driver side door. How could a tire installer not know how to fill the tires to the proper point when that information is located on the door? I know for certain from his behavior towards me all these actions were deliberately and maliciously done. I wrote the owner and recieved no follow-up or response so he must be ok with the service I received. STAY AWAY from EL's Tires!!!! read more

I ordered new tires for my Mercedes which only took one day for them to get them they called me and it only took about one hr to install them and mind you they where very busy that day. When i went up to pay for the tires they drop the price 120 dollars that made my day, there very nice people to do busness with. read more

I came in at 10:00 am to have my tires rotated. I was here on Sat. and they couldn't do it bc one of the lug nuts was rusted. I was told they would order the part and come back and they would rotate the tires at that time and fix the rusted nut. It is now 3 Hours later and my car is still not ready. Worst place in the world to get an alignment. Took my 2009 Pontiac G5 there after installing coilovers. It was pretty obvious their mechanics don't have much experience with coilovers they could not get my car in spec. When I brought the car back to have the alignment fixed their mechanic got extremely belligerent. They supposedly brought it back into their shop and took a look at it but when they gave it back the car was in the same exact out of alignment spec. Then I brought it back and they ended up telling me the reason they couldn't get it in spec the third time was because all three of my motor mounts were broken. And they lied to my face not one of the motor mounts were broken. I told these guys in the beginning that I'm a mechanic and the only reason I'm bringing it there is because I don't have alignment tools. So they should have known from the beginning not to try to blow smoke up my ass because it's going to take me two seconds to realize that they're lying to me. And he's jerkles never refunded me they basically told me to kiss their a*s. I was so mad when I left out of there the third time cuz their mechanic and the guy behind the reception desk are lucky they left with all their teeth intact. read more

Price: 1/10 Charged $54.00 to put on 1 tire! The total price for the one tire was $124.00. According to three other competitors, the tire they installed was worth $$70.00. I was charged more than 4 times the labor that Wal-Mart charges, or other competitors. They push low-quality tires for the price you'd pay for a decent tire. Customer service: 0/10 They are quite rude people not giving you the time of day to explain what you want or consider your options. Reading other reviews on other sites, I would expect poor "customer service." Recommendation for potential customers: I recommend instead of wasting your time on this company buy the tire, if off Amazon if you must, and pay Wal-Mart $15.00 to install it. Have been a loyal customer here for 30 years! Customer service has seriously gone to the dogs. Yesterday I dropped a vehicle off at 2:30 for four new tires. Came back at 4:30 and they returned my car to me-- no new tires! Said they could not find my wheel lock. It was in the trunk!!! They were very rude to me and manager would not speak to me. How to lose a customer for 5 bucks. It's not the money...it's the principal. I had an issue with the tire pressure light going on in my car. We were not sure if there was a problem with the tire or if the tire simply needed inflating. They suggested filling the tires up to the proper level and then we could wait and see, and take it from there. Nice! Sounds like a plan. I waited for about 25 minutes (not a problem). I was called to the desk and presented with a bill for $5.00. Are you kidding? You charged me $5.00 to fill my tires up with air? If you told me there was a charge ahead of time, I would have filled up the tires myself. So....you made $5.00 but lost this customer (and any other potential references) for tire purchases and any other future servicing. Customers just want to be treated fairly and not nickled and dimed to death. That's not how you build a loyal customer base, especially with all of the competition out there. read more

I specifically asked them not to use power tools on my lugs and they did and broke a stud then told me it was my problem and threatened to just pull my car out. Crap service, crap work, and now i have to replace parts on my car on my own. Will never be coming here again! read more

Got an alignment done and brought it back because the car pulled. They pulled it in and found nothing wrong so it stayed like that. The don't have the best prices on tires from what I have found. I went to Delaware Tire last couple of times and they pointed out a problem with the car when doing an alignment (which was spot on). Tire prices are better there and they are quick! read more

This place is a joke. I went there in a work truck and told them to replace rear tires. Came back to get the truck and they replaced all 4. Then they tried to give me bald tires back. Said they were the tires that were on the truck and they were a different brand. Later took personal truck there to get tires. Picked up truck and next day tire went flat. Called them and they immediately pointed blame at me. And tried to tell me there was no warranty with the tires and I would have to buy a new one. Site unseen. I took the truck to another shop and come to find out the cap leaked and that's why it went flat. Cost me $5 to replace the cap. Bottom line DONT GO THERE! read more

I just took my car in to check the tires because the light was on. They checked my 2 back tires, found nothing wrong , and did not charge me a penny! They had spent over 30 minutes on it! And then we're so nice to me, did not talk down, etc. I highly recommend them! read more

Ive been to this shop a few times with varying results. Took my girlfriends car in without issue an older Nissan Altima without issue. Was done quick and when done the alignment received sheet detailing where it was and now is. Took my new Subaru WRX in before thanksgiving for new tires and an alignment. Went in the day before and got a quote said okay then came back in the next morning. Turned my vehicle in and they got it done on time. Upon getting my keys back I saw one of my lugnuts sitting with my key in a bag with a little note that said stripped when taking off..... okay whatever how much? Certainly not what I was quoted the day before. A little over 100 bucks extra....... Told the woman and the comeback was that the price yesterday mustve just been for the tires without alignment. No it wasn't I was clear about what I wanted and the gentleman the day before was clear about it aswell. After I got in my car and started looking through the paperwork I noticed that there was no alignment sheet that would've told me where the car was and now is. Best guess is because of some mild lowering springs put on they probably couldn't get it all the way back into spec and decided to withhold that information. Fast forward to getting home I took the wheel off that THEY stripped the lug nut on and noted that one of the studs had been dinged really bad ontop. So what actually happened is they were rushing threw the tire up there dinging my wheelstud and instead of threading the lugnuts on by hand first they just gunned it on stripping it. That type of damage does not occur from lugnut stripping on the way off because the nut is softer metal. Dishonesty all across the board. Also within a month of my issue my Father took his new ford f150 to them for wheel rotation and noticed one of his 6 lugnuts for the left rear tire was laying in the parkinglot of his work. Do I think they intend it with malice? No. Do I think that many issues is completely unacceptable? Yes. Will never go again unless its for a beater. read more

Went to get tires on my RV...nothing special LT225/75R16. Was there at 7:30am (they open at 8:00) and was third in line. Took five hours...absolutely ridiculous. Now the RV is pulling to the right when I put on the brakes. Have to take it somewhere else to get looked at. Absolutely would not recommend them. read more

Worst tire experience ever. They took forever, then they didn't do the alignment like we ask. After they took care of the alignment, they had allowed the car battery to die while they were working on it. Not sure how that happens, but they will never get another dime of our money. We went to visit some friends in the area and our tire blew out. So we were looking for tires. We called ahead to see if they had 4 tires for our truck. They said yes so we went to go get them changed. After being told again they had the tires and they could install them. We said ok and waited to get them done. We were not told we'd have to wait 3 hours to get them done. If we had been told that there's a wait we wouldn't have waited. We had our 2 year old son, he's not going to sit that long. We would ask how much longer and they kept saying your coming up soon. 3 hours of this when one of the guys comes out to tell us they don't have 4 tires for us, they only have 2. So we waited all this time for them to tell us they don't have all the tires we had asked twice before if they had. We definitely wouldn't have waited if we had known they didn't ha e the tires. But since we already waited so long my husband just told them to put the 2 they had. Finally finished, we paid and head out. Upon arriving where we were going about 20 mins, the new tire they had just put is FLAT. I don't know if they don't check the tires before hand, but how can you sell someone tires that are not good to begin with. Very disappointed. Our friend was with us and also was annoyed and couldn't believe the service. He too was looking to get tires but he also said he would never go there after our experience. read more
