Moved to Delaware from PA a few months ago, and looked for a Chrysler dealer to do routine maintenance. Had them do an oil change and tire rotation. Wait time was about as expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is clean, with a nice waiting room. Pleased with the service, a few weeks later I stopped in to have them check a slow leak in one tire. They took me in right away, and found the leak. Since it was in the sidewall I needed a new tire, that had to be ordered. They got the new tire in the same day, called me, and put the new tire on the next morning. I would recommend them. read more

Always in here with random truck tires. These guys are always super accommodating. Get me in and out, no fuss, no muss. Even though I'm NEVER the only big truck there, they get me in and out. My van sprung a coolant leak on our drive home from Delaware to NJ and these guys happened to be the closest mechanic to where we stopped. We lucked out. As soon as we got there, they took the keys and got to work on getting me back on the road. Unfortunately, the part that was needed is no longer made so they couldn't get it, but they did offer to patch up what they could enough to get me home. They did everything they could to get me rolling and even offered me a few extra bottles of water to dump into the radiator if I needed. All in all we were there waiting for a couple hours while they diagnosed and tried to find the part, but I was only charged for an hour of labor. The gentlemen working behind the desk in the office was especially friendly and helpful not only to me, but to the other customers that came through while we were there. read more

Went to competition that quoted me 3 to 4 hrs wait for a tire repairWe called and they said to come over. They were friendly and quick. In 15 minutes the truck was in for tire repair. They could not patch but had a used tire. $45 used tire and out and back on the road in less then 45 minutes. Recommend highly. read more

We brought two of our cars to this place -- One particular person attitude was absurd, rude, unprofessional, his name is Todd. Customer Service was very poor -- we have four cars brought 2 cars already since we highly support "local business owners" apparently made a huge mistake. Todd was rude to my husband for a simple question!!! He impatiently doesn't want to answer. My husband knows mechanic, and smart people ask questions and has the right to since it is our car and not just taking the services provided but this Todd have no patience for customers, does not have proper education about "customer service" and treated my husband absurdly! I stopped in here randomly one morning to get a flat tire plugged. It being 7:30am & not knowing what time they opened, I was surprised they had been open for 30 min already. Along with this convenience, they were able to get me in and out in about 20 min. They plugged it from the inside And rebalanced my tire for cheap. I asked for advice on the status of the tread wear on my tires after 50k miles and they were honest (and surprised) that the tread was still good. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need- especially since females usually have bulls eyes on us at auto places. When I do need tires, I will definitely be giving them a call. read more
