I basically needed someone to come to me with a brand new tire and change it out for my old one. The first place wasn't able to accommodate my request so I called M&M. They sent a very nice man out about 10 minutes after I called, who came and took my old tire, then went back to M&M to get me a new one. It took him like a minute to take off and 2 minutes to put back on. I was stranded on the side of the road, got a new tire and it changed for me all under a hour. ( if I didn't call them, I was looking at a 3 hour wait for my husband to get there.) Hands down best service, both customer and professional. Fast, friendly with fair prices! I made sure to get a card from the gentleman who changed my tire bc i will be calling them in the future for ALL my tire needs and will be telling friends and family.

Driving 5 1/2 hours to our home, her car had been running poorly the entire time. I only found out later that she had been living with this running problem for several months and had taken the car to two different shops near her apartment for repair. Also, the engine gauge was running "near the red zone" as my daughter said. I called Palumbo's and Steve kindly explained that they were extremely busy and if I was not in a rush they would be happy to work the job in. Two days later I received a call from Kyle with the report that the (newer) spark plugs were of the incorrect type and an ignition coil was bad. The running hot problem, Kyle explained, was believed to be from a cooling system hose leak. I gave Kyle authorization to fix the car. He did say the car may have other issues but this is a good place to start. They had also found and repaired a tire that my daughter had been topping off for six months. Six months! Missy says her car is running great. My wife and I are expecting that her ride home next week will be trouble-free (for her), but bittersweet (for us). Thanks to the entire Palumbo team.

Had to call AAA to tow my car to Mavis. It took Mavis less than an hour to get me going. They found the culprit and only charged me $30 to plug up my tire. They didn't try to tell me that I need to replace my tire or upsell me anything. They just plugged up my tire and I was good to go. Mike and Luis at the front desk were couple of good guys. I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. The good news is that every event, email, and text message has been well-documented. Stay away from Lunch Box Garage unless you want to subject yourself to the abuse of these liars and thieves.
