Went for a tire this morning and the guy there went and said he had one but didn't even bring it…read morefor me to look at and wanted to charge $45 for it. I only had 40 and he told me to get more and come back or buy the tire and have it done somewhere else. The tire I had on the rear was already rubbing on the brake line and had no choice but go to my guy in Alb on Wyoming and Central going West on the left hand side Victor id hid name and I got SERVICED and a tire for $40. I live in Edgewood my wife works at Mr. Gas, So much for keeping your little shops alive they. Tony's can go out of business tomorrow and not one tear shed from me or the ones I tell not to go there. This place has only one review and as far as I can tell you better be a female to get a deal. Good luck to those that go to tony's

The electric windows on my 2002 car, were starting to have issues, so I took it to Tony's. The…read moredriver window, in particular, was the worst and was falling down on its own. One of the back windows was the only one still working good. They said it would cost me 350$ for a brand new motor. I agreed and left my car there. Couple days later, I picked it up. And guess what? The back window on the passenger side, that was working great, was now falling down on its own. I had asked them to provide me with the motor they replaced from the driver window. They could not. So I know they replaced it with the working one from the back window. Just switched them, and charged me the price for the new one, totally ripping me off. When I called, they played dumb, naturally. Never went back. The way they shamelessly do business is nothing I want any part of. EVER. So I spread the word. Seems like many others have similar experiences and are not happy with them. I don't know what it is about NM, and most businesses being like this. But it's no longer a coincidence. But a pattern.

Several decades ago this small business was great and repaired several of our vehicles. Within the…read morepast few years, our vehicles keep getting returned because of improper or poor repairs. In addition, the time to repair vehicles has taken longer than normal. Recently, we had a vehicle in the shop where it sat for seven weeks until it was repaired. During that time, the battery died and one of the tires was stolen from the car while on the premises. Interestingly, we were not informed about the stolen tire until a few days before we picked it up. Fortunately, the shop replaced the missing tire and rim. Upon our pick up of the car, after hours, we found that one of the studs was broken off and another bent/broken on the replaced missing wheel. Despite the tire being replaced, there was no notification about the damage to the two studs, ultimately leaving three lugnuts to drive on. Needless to say, this is a major safety issue. Sadly, this resulted in an additional repair that we opted to have done at another location. Although the shop honored the warranty of the original repair that it went in for seven weeks ago, it is heartbreaking to see this small business decline, over time, in the quality of service, repairs and communication, as experienced with two other vehicles of ours. Therefore it has been difficult to write this review but we feel that it is important to note that this is not an isolated event and that others should be aware of this experience. Some day we may return when the staffing and quality of work improves.

Truck drivers, especially small fleets, please, beware of this repair shop!…read more 2nd to None Service takes full advantage of their remote NM location and can unfortunately do a lot of damage to your bottom line. It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).

As he stated that he will retrain his people, I hope that he accomplishes his vision of improving customer service and mechanic knowledge. Adding another star for his prompt resolution. Thank you Kyle for doing the right thing. Original Posting: What can I say about this company. First off, if you are traveling through Moriarty,NM and have car troubles, They will take advantage of your situation. They do not know how to troubleshoot codes in gas vehicles. Leaving you in the waiting room for hours on end. They break your working items, then not want to replace them with the OEM part they had broken, rather want to replace with cheaper item. They know nothing about customer service. Owner, David Saline will not take responsibility for his employees. He will not answer calls.
