Called store today and was told they couldn't look up to see if they had an auto part and then just hung up on me.

I only had 40 and he told me to get more and come back or buy the tire and have it done somewhere else. The tire I had on the rear was already rubbing on the brake line and had no choice but go to my guy in Alb on Wyoming and Central going West on the left hand side Victor id hid name and I got SERVICED and a tire for $40. I live in Edgewood my wife works at Mr. Gas, So much for keeping your little shops alive they. Tony's can go out of business tomorrow and not one tear shed from me or the ones I tell not to go there. This place has only one review and as far as I can tell you better be a female to get a deal. Good luck to those that go to tony's

The electric windows on my 2002 car, were starting to have issues, so I took it to Tony's. The…read moredriver window, in particular, was the worst and was falling down on its own. One of the back windows was the only one still working good. They said it would cost me 350$ for a brand new motor. I agreed and left my car there. Couple days later, I picked it up. And guess what? The back window on the passenger side, that was working great, was now falling down on its own. I had asked them to provide me with the motor they replaced from the driver window. They could not. So I know they replaced it with the working one from the back window. Just switched them, and charged me the price for the new one, totally ripping me off. When I called, they played dumb, naturally. Never went back. The way they shamelessly do business is nothing I want any part of. EVER. So I spread the word. Seems like many others have similar experiences and are not happy with them. I don't know what it is about NM, and most businesses being like this. But it's no longer a coincidence. But a pattern.

I'm always a fan of Napa. Generally have some folks that have been in the industry for a while, and…read moreactually know what they're selling. They stock a lot of parts. The other shops don't, and do a good job cross-referencing. This NAPA in particular went above and beyond for me. I was starting out a road trip with a vehicle I just purchased, and driving cross-country. I stopped into the shop to buy a bunch of random things that I would need on the trip, as well as some maintenance items that I needed to take care of before leaving . Everyone that worked here was great, had some fun and shared some laughs. They even hooked my son up with a cool little hot wheels car that he treasures to this day from our trip. Nothing but great things to say about this store, and the people that work here.

STAY AWAY !! Under new ownership. New owner is a thief…read more I bought one single piston from this store. These are 22 dollar pistons, each - at best. (20.99 plus 9.95 shippping from Summitracing.com) Piston is lightweight aluminum and small. Not nearly worth what they ripped me off for. I special ordered one piston from Moriarty NAPA that was on sale at the Albuquerque NAPA for 32.00. plus tax, total price. Moriarty NAPA price was 33.49 plus tax, and on top of that I had to pay 18 dollars in frieght - as they called it. I did not know I would have to pay shipping cost until after the item arrived and I was at the store to pick it up. The store accidently ordered a set of 8, and then they made me pay for the shipping cost of their mistake - that's what they did. On top of that I was charged tax for shipping cost. No one charges a tax for shipping cost. They are just passing their crap onto their customers. They treated me like a piece of crap They mocked me when I complained and were very arguementative. Not nice at all. I could have got the same piston from ebay for 33 dollars with no shipping or freight cost because those costs are already built in, as is the Albuquerque NAPA prices. But I thought I would support this local business. Never Again, not if my life depends on it.
