He communicated everything very clearly and frequently as he was diagnosing the problem, ruling out simple issues first. He had us back on the road in a timely manner and the car performed well during the remainder of the trip to middle Tennessee and has been problem free since. It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).
