I called Advantage at the recommendation of a local auto parts store and spoke to James the owner. He was caring and made me feel comfortable as a parent especially being so far away. They got the car in the next day and took care of the issue promptly. They even came in $125 under the quoted estimate. Everyone was very friendly and treated my son with respect. I can't express the gratitude as a father who felt helpless a world away. You may not fully realize it but you were a blessing. Thank you! I highly recommend Advantage Automotive and will use them for all his future car care while in New Mexico.

What can I say about Harlow's? Is this the most inexpensive place? No. Is it the fastest place?…read moreAgain, no. Is it the most trust worthy place I have taken my car? Well that's a big YES! I have never had an issue with trusting Harlow's with telling me the truth about my car and what it needs. The pricing is very competitive. As low as I think an honest mechanic can go and still stay in business. As for how long it takes to get work done? Well that really depends on what is needed and if the parts are easy to get or not. If the parts are common then the work is done very quickly. If the parts are not so common then it will take longer. I have had Harlow's tell me ways to help lower the cost of a repair if there is a way to do so without compromising the safety. I have never had issue with the work that has been done. If I had to take it back, they do stand by their work. I just have never had to take it back. I would give Harlow's the best value and most trust worthy award. They do what they say and stand by the work they do.
