Worst car service experience in my life. Tillery service is terrible, drive elsewhere and save yourself the stress. I dropped my car for warranty service Saturday, told it's be ready the next Wednesday. Didn't get my car for 2 weeks after that!. It came back with a dent. Every day we called to pick up they told us parts were delayed or other service appointments came ahead of us. I didn't have a car for 2.5 weeks, with no rental, and the repairs was a 4 hr job. Terrible awful service. Will never go there again, will not buy a car from them again. read more

Do not use this dealership! We bought a car a year ago. When we bought it there was an issue with the sunroof. We were told when we went back the next day that it was fixed so we signed the paperwork. A year later after only opening the sunroof a total of 5 times the motor quit! When we brought it in we were informed that the fix and the part and everything would be covered with no charge to us as we were assured that it was fixed. Well they got it closed today.... But can't find the part. So I went to pick it up so I had my car back. Now everyone is going back on what they have said. No longer is it covered. No longer are we getting it fixed. I will no longer be doing any business with this dealership. They are super friendly up front and then when it's done and they don't want to do anymore they switch gears. Really shitty way of doing business. They should be ashamed of how they do business. Please be careful. They will be all nice to get you to buy a car then they could care less about you afterwards. read more

These days, it is so hard to find a dealership that is transparent and not try to rip you off. My recent purchase experience has been more than stellar. Unlike all the other dirty dealerships, the price they tell you is the price of the vehicle they are selling. No more dirty tricks, like premium or some required options - uh, if it is an option then why is it required? No more nasty salesman. I used to give Tillery all auto business, back when the dad had the business since it has down hill. Customer service is very little. Tillery used to try to work for your business but now they are a money grubbing don't care business. They show you 2 cars and then say "we cannot help you" unlike other dealerships that work for your business in every way they can, Tillery does not. I will no longer give Tillery any of my business. read more

Ordered running boards from them for my new truck we purchased from them, never received a call that item was in "constraint" whatever that means.. Had to keep calling my dealer back. Wouldn't answer my calls. The dealership never sent our paperwork to our bank for financing after over a month. Finally came to pick up my vehicle for the running boards that weren't what I wanted but thats all they could get. It left my house with a full tank, they returned it with less then half a tank. I hope i don't have to deal with these people again. read more

This review is for Tillery Chevrolet in Moriarty, NM. In November of 2016 I was in need of a reliable used car and saw one I liked on Tillery's website. I called about it, was put through to a salesman, Mark, and he was friendly and easy to talk with. He told me about the car and we set up a time to meet that same day. When I arrived, this car was sparkling clean and backed up out front waiting for me. He showed me all the cars' features and we took it for a test drive. I fell in love with it even more and knew I wanted this car. Then the negotiating began. He presented me with documentation of recent service work that had been done on the car, along with Carfax and AutoCheck reports that showed ownership, maintenance and repair records, including that it had been in an accident. The honesty and openness about everything concerning this car was refreshing. We came to an agreement on the price and I bought it. Based on the service history, and with it's current mileage, it would soon be due for some important recommended maintenance and I asked my salesman about having this work done. He contacted their service department and I ended up leaving my beautiful new car there to have this maintenance work done, it was done, and it was done well. Matt and his team were wonderful, and I base this on the fact that my car has ran flawlessly ever since. Made the trip from Rio Rancho and ended up being a complete waste of time. The truck was priced 3k above retail and when they came down to a reasonable price (full kbb/carfax retail) they acted like I was getting a good deal, had hail damage, had been in an accident and the 4 wheel alignment was poor, and it needed tires. Oh, and if you travel from ABQ to buy a used car, they offer you a 1/4 tank of gas when you purchase a car. I don't know how the Chevy name is on this dealership. Don't waste your time. read more

I will never deal with this dealership again. If you chose to that's up to you, but make sure they disclose everything wrong with a used vehicle. I bought a Yukon XL and they failed to disclose an emission issue. I was able to finally get it to pass they refuse to fix it they refuse to reimburse me. Buy at your own risk! read more

I was a first time buyer and wanted a car so I could go to school and not worry about repairs. Chevrolet was having a sale on Sonics. Tillery only had 3 in stock, but not in a color I wanted. The managers arranged to get one in a color I liked, they did not charge me any thing extra and I even got a better price than the advertised price. A great place to buy a car. Jeremy read more
