    On I-25 and suddenly my tire goes flat. It's 4 PM and the folks at Garcia tire did a fix on a difficult patch. Back on the road by 5PM. Amazing. Thank you, Garcia Tire!

    I bought new tires and rims from the dealership and on the way home my Tacoma had a shimmy at 60, 73 and 89. I also had some pull to the left. I called the dealership and they wanted to do the balancing again and they forgot to do the alignment. I was upset they didn't do it right the first time so I took it to Garcia Tire in Bernalillo instead. Same day service, in and out in about an hour and a half to balance my tires, align my wheels and they even changed my oil (Synthetic). Out the door with tax, $200. I found me a new mechanic. Very nice people, very fair pricing, I highly recommend.

    My front driver brake started grinding on Sunday so I took my vehicle to have the brakes checked at a different national company and they had a said besides needing brakes I needed all new struts and axles and would cost over $4000 with their lifetime brakes. A friend who is friends with the owner of Garcia Tires said to go here and low and behold after Taylor took me out and showed me the rubbers covering the axles needed to be replaced and not the axles themselves and I replaced out both front and back brakes and told me that back brakes were about 20% instead of 5% at the other place. Cost was half of what I was quoted at the other place for the brakes that wanted to sell me lifetime brakes for my 2010 Subaru Outback. Selena in the office was so nice and helpful and so was all the guys in the shop. So happy to see we have a great company like Garcia Tires who are honest and have integrity when it comes to taking care of their customers. If I could I would give them a lot higher rating.

    I received a notification that they received the tires, but missed my initial appointment, which…read morewas my own fault. A week later I had my second appointment and dropped off my car. It wasn't until an hour into my appointment that they checked the tire code against the order and realized that they received the wrong tires. I was charged even though I received no goods or services, and they made an appointment for a week later and that they would perform an alignment for free for their mistake. I dropped off my car again today. I was told I would have to wait longer for an alignment because they didn't anticipate that even though I discussed it at my second scheduled appointment with their manager. I received a notification that my car was ready for pick up, but that was over an hour ago so it's still not ready. I think they sent that notification to dishonestly reflect prompt service in their computer system while making customers wait extraordinarily long for their repairs. The service writers are polite, and the prices are great, but they seem to be very disorganized, they did not check for correct part numbers before initiating work, and they do not communicate clearly with each other or their customers. It's December, and it's at least 85F inside the lobby, so I'm outside to keep from sweating profusely. Waiting rooms are hell enough, but these guys go the extra mile! Initiating work even though they've been in possession of the wrong part for over a week should have been the red flag I noticed an appointment ago. It seems they do not verify their deliveries to be correct upon receipt. I'll buy my tires from a small business owner in the future.

I was forced to stop and buy oil for my vehicle on my way back to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. As I'm opening my hood I realize a hood strut is no longer attached to my car and my hood will not stay open without someone holding it. this was not a problem before going to Jiffy Lube. I contacted the manager and explained what had happened. He seemed extremely apologetic and understanding over the phone and offered to resolve the issue in person by bringing over my vehicle to check the oil levels, replace the strut and give me a refund for the improper oil change that was done. I agreed and the following day I drove 20mi and 27min away from my home to get this matter resolved. the manager was not at the shop as he stated he would be so I was forced to speak with another employee about the problems. although another employee overheard the manager stating he would do everything to fix it, the employee I was speaking to explains that he cannot refund me or fix the hood strut. they stated due to camera footage they have "evidence" that the oil change was done properly and nobody damaged the hood strut. This is frustrating after being told the matter would be resolved over the phone and driving back to the location for absolutely no reason. After putting the right amount of oil MYSELF the light for low oil has not come on and I've had no issues with my oil levels. I believe I am still owed a refund and fixed hood strut but I refuse to argue with incompetent employees who accuse me of lying and my car having "malfunctions" that never existed before bringing it to their business.
