I called AB and talked to Darrell and he ordered exact same tires, scheduled mobile service to replace. Ray the Mobile Service Tech showed up on time, put truck on jack stands removed all 4 tires. Took them to the tire shop replaced tires, high speed balanced them. Brought them back quicker than the hr estimate. Put them on and all is well. Fantastic service and work performed by Ray, the technician. I will use them again to change out 4 tires on a travel trailer in storage as well. Highly recommend this business.

My 70-year-old grandmother brought her vehicle to Alberto's because her rear tires were making a…read morenoise. She simply wanted an honest diagnosis. She was told the problem was the wheel bearings and was charged $25 just for the inspection. Based on their diagnosis, we replaced the bearings--only to find out they were never the problem. Not only was the diagnosis incorrect, but they couldn't identify the actual issue and still charged an elderly customer for inaccurate information. That cost us unnecessary time and money. I understand that diagnosing vehicle problems isn't always easy, but if you're going to charge people for a professional diagnosis, there should be confidence and accountability behind it. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. I hope this encourages others to seek a second opinion before spending money on repairs based solely on a diagnosis from Alberto's. 0 star

They lied to me and told me that it was done and they never touched it but they charged me for it being on the rack. I took the truck back told him that the alignment wasn't done. They told me that I needed to replace my ball joint so I replaced my ball joints took the truck back and they still left my steering wheel crooked, and it was pulling to the right. They told me that there was no help for my truck and that that it had played in the steering wheel I took my truck to Gill point S on Eubank. They fixed every problem that Alberto's couldn't fix Alberto's tire shop the owner the son that works there and the wife. They will all tell you what you want to hear just for the sake of them making money. they need to reevaluate how they treat people and the way that they conduct their business, very unprofessional and very distasteful.

I was hurting for some new front tires. All this driving has finally caught up with the tires. I figured I'd look into getting a used one just for now. Then came Venado, I called them up they told me they had the size tires I needed. As I pulled in I saw the garage doors open and was helped immediately. They got me the tires I needed even had me inspect them before buying. The process was quick and the turn around wasn't too long. I was back on the road in no time. I'm so glad to finally get this tire replaced. The price was $50 a tire but considering the price of 1 brand new tire, I was able to get 2 for the price of 1 basically and that was just what I needed. The tires were really decent tread and in great shape. Next time im in the market for some used tires, Ill know where to go!

The problem is the condition of one of his other tires was so bad, he is very lucky it didn't blow. They never even showed him the condition (see pictures). They broke the lug nut stems and WOULD NOT take accountability for what they did and blamed the shop that touch it before them even though we drove 1,300 miles with NO ISSSUES we just wanted to make sure we had good tires bc these interstates and highways are ROUGH. They covered it with the lug night covers so I couldn't take pictures and they hid so I could not take any Info from anyone.
