Another $400 later...Said they balanced and rotated the tires and did an alignment but was insufficent results. Said it was from the dent in the back which I did over 3 1/2 years ago in a parking lot backing up. They were the tires I had for 42,000 miles and never had a problem. Asked us to come back in a couple of weeks. Taking it somewhere else. Took no responsibility for probably poor quality tires. Also threw the spare tire in the back along with the jack etc instead of putting it in the well and replacing parts in their slots. Went back and two guys came out and had a hard time putting the jack in its spot. Didn't replace the cover - just threw it over the top. I was totally satisfied when this was Bernalillo Tire. I will never go back here again and am telling all my friends and neighbors about our experience.

Some on the dash, some on the seat, and some on the floor. I know they pulled the cabin filter and in order to get to it they had to remove the divider and the contents. Must be they didn't know how to put the divider back in. So rather than asking they just didn't deal with it. I complained to one of the technicians and he just picked up the stuff on the floor, threw it into glove box. He didn't attempt to put the divider back in or the items on the seat and dash. The oil change was $145 dollars. I would expect for that price they could put things back the way they were found. The one positive was the wait wasn't too bad.
