I showed up ten minutes before my scheduled time. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, my car is ready. Why I bothered scheduling an appointment is beyond me. The only saving grace was the service rep was very courteoust, patient, and competent. They repaired the tire with the nail but there was no mention on the work order of the other things I asked for. This started in the fall of 2022. I had my winter wheels put on my 2010 Toyota Sienna. As I recall, one of the sensors had to be replaced because the battery was bad. The store was never able to get the sensors to communicate with the vehicle and after three trips back to the store, the manager advised me that the receiving unit in the vehicle was the problem. He and I agreed to disagree on that point. When I put the summer tires on in the spring (at a different location), everything was fine. Today, I had the winter wheels put back on (again at the new location). One of the wheels read as having a dead battery. When the tire was pulled from the wheel, a TMP sensor was found sitting loose inside of the tire. It was removed, the tire was reinstalled and balanced and the TMPS again integrates perfectly with the vehicle. I went to this location to get an air check right at 8am because my tire was low. While checking the air, they found a nail. Told me it'd take an hour to fix but if I scheduled online they could get me right in. I went home. Scheduled a time for 5:15 that afternoon. Arrived at the location at 5:13pm. Was told there were only 4 people ahead of me and I'd definitely get in sooner since I had an appointment. I've been waiting in the parking lot for an hour and 20 min. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the free services (air check and flat tire fix) and their friendly service and once they got me in, the fix only took 30 min. I stopped by and at 3.5 hours asked if it was done and they said it would take longer. I asked for the keys back and they could not find the keys. It appeared to me the car was never checked in. Fifteen minutes later they gave me the key after frantically searching for it. I checked the car and come to find out it did have a nail but the pressures were fine. This place saved my butt last month. Before I went on my roadtrip from Vegas, I asked my local car place if everything was "good" on my car: Fluids, engine, tires, etc. The result was a resounding "Yes". As I was driving through New Mexico, my car seemed louder than it should, especially at slower speeds, and started seeming wobbly. So I took the car to this location to see what was going on. Not one, but BOTH my front tires were bad. Too many miles on them. Should have been replaced a long time ago. Tires usually cost a mint, but Carlos helped me find a really good deal. And with it being lunchtime, I figured that I would be trapped in the waiting lobby for a while. At worst, I was out within 20 minutes time. I was actually fairly stunned. Carlos did a great job. The service was fast and inexpensive, and allowed me to get on the road again without hassle. I am very disappointed in the service I have received in the past month from Discount tire. Specifically from the location on Montano and Coors. I got a nail in my tire a few weeks ago and needed to get two new tires, I have always bought my tires from here so naturally, this is where I trusted to go. When I went, I bought two tires and it took them a day and a half to get my tires replaced. I was without my vehicle for a day and a half. My brother bought specialized tires the same day (that also needed to be ordered) and they had him in and out within an hour. (Without charging him they 15$ fee they offered me to get the tires there quicker). HMMMM Then about two weeks later, my boyfriend bought me two new tires (which again took 3 days for them to get but I understand because my tires are specialized). Then I called them to see if my tires were in and they were. When I got to the shop the tires were actually at a different shop. So I had to drive across town to another location. Finally, I got my tires and was ready to go. Before I left I asked if they could print out my certificates for my tires that my boyfriend had bought the weekend before. They told me that he had not purchased any certificates for my truck, however, I specifically remember him purchasing them because it was a big conversation. So they tried to sell me 4 more certificates but I declined because I knew we purchased them. I came home and sure enough, his receipt showed the 4 purchased certificates. Now I have to make another trip back to Discount to get my certificates printed out. They were just very unhelpful, unorganized and act as if they have never dealt with a couple working with two different Discount Tire accounts. This has been a miserable, drawn-out experience. As a woman doing this mostly on my own, I feel very taken advantage of, because for my boyfriend and brother it was a breeze. Service is always great, and they can usually work you in, and have a great set of options for most wheel sizes either on hand or able to get from in town distribution fast. Last visit, they sold me some better tires with a mail in rebate. After I went to submit the rebate, found out the specific tires I purchased weren't included in the rebate deal. Went back to this location, told the manager on hand what happened, and without a hesitation he opened the cash drawer and handed me the rebate amount in cash. read more

Very dissatisfied have been a customer for many years & now my children (adult) are customers. There clearly discrimination when it comes to female customers. My Daughter took her truck in for 2 tires, was told she would have to pay $15 extra or wait until morning. She was left without a vehicle. Called in the morning her truck won't be ready until 12 noon. My Son was picking up a truck in San Antonio TX, needed 2 tires. They did not have the tires, however the manager got in his own vehicle to go pick up the tires. My Son was back on the road in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent service! I was there to have a screw pulled out of a tire that I had purchased there (which they do for FREE by the way), and they let me know of a problem with one of my other tires.
