He…read morewas about to travel for work and wanted to ensure everything would be good for his upcoming trip. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.

We were doing research on where to get the best and most economical tires for our Volvo. We went to…read moreSam's, Walmart, Costco and all of the local tire companies here in Cleveland. We couldn't get much help. The people around here didn't want to talk to us. They were too busy, "come back at 1pm I'll try to fit you in," etc. So, defeated, we headed to Gainsville to see if we could be more successful than local which saddened me. We always try to give our business to local but didnt feel that was going to happen that day. We just didn't feel it. Heading out of town on 129 we saw North Georgia Tire along side of the road. I told my husband, 'what did we have to lose' so he turned around and went back. He went in and met with Angie. She said, "Well let me take a look at what you got." We were hoping to just get our tire patched but felt deep down that we could use a new set. She said she could patch it but if we got out on the highway and something happened and that tire popped, she'd have to live with that and she'd never forgive herself. Well that made us feel that she really cared and wasnt just trying to sell tires. North Georgia Tire isn't the cheapest, by any stretch of the imagination, but sometimes that's not all there is to life. You can't put a dollar figure on caring about your customer and the passion deep down inside your heart to be the best you can be for them. Customer service is so important in this big bad cold world and Angie showed us a fine example of that. We bought a set of tires that day. Bit into our budget a little more than we expected but that didnt matter. We were happy and we felt secure and confident when we drove out of that parking lot. Thank you Angie. You went over and above for us that day and I'm sure we weren't an isolated case for you. I think it just comes natural. They don't come any better than you and North Georgia Tire. Give them your business folks. You'll be as satisfied as we are, I promise you.

Wonderful people but...they charged me $2,267 for the replacement of suspension and control arm…read more GPT 3 said the top price for an independent dealer in our zip code should be $1,700. This sentiment was echoed by the next mechanic who, unprompted, remarked that I had been charged a lot for the suspension repair. After getting the van back, my daughter ended up on the side of the road the next day after $3,200 in repairs (oil, battery, filter, suspension, brakes). Brought it back to North Georgia Tire. They repaired the issue, again?, and assured me this time I would have no problem. Last night my daughter ended up broken down again. I've now gone back to my usual auto repair center (Hell on Wheels here in Cleveland, GA). Below is GPT 3 analysis: What a Fair Price Looks Like in 30528 Item Cost (both sides) Notes Control-arm assemblies (incl. ball joints) $280 - $380 aftermarket (e.g., Moog, Dorman)$460 - $550 Toyota OEM Advance lists each arm at $140-$188, so two run $280-$376 Labor to remove & replace 9 - 11 book hours × $95-$110 independent $855-$1,210Dealer rate ($140-$150) $1,350-$1,650 Toyota's factory labor guide logs 10.6 h for both front lower arms Four-wheel alignment $90 - $120 independent$120 - $160 dealer Alignment is strongly recommended after any control-arm change Taxes / shop supplies $70 - $110 GA parts sales-tax 8 % + shop fees Independent shop total: $1,250 - $1,700 Toyota dealer total: $1,900 - $2,500 These figures fall between the national Sienna average of $1,183 - $1,655 and big-city quotes like Los Angeles ($1,987 - $2,874) --reflecting north-Georgia's lower labor rates (typical $75-$130 /hr) . How the Numbers Were Derived 1. Parts: Local retailers (Advance, O'Reilly) price quality aftermarket arms with integrated ball joints at ~$150 each; OEM arms are higher. 2. Labor: Toyota's flat-rate manual assigns ~10-11 hrs for both arms because the engine cradle and sub-frame must be shifted on 2011-2020 Siennas; independent techs sometimes finish faster, but most shops bill book time. 3. Alignment: Replacing the arms changes camber/caster; a 4-wheel alignment protects tires and ensures VSC works properly. 4. Regional variation: RepairPal's generic control-arm range for Cleveland, GA is $744 - $895 (all vehicles) . A Sienna is larger and AWD versions add labor, so the estimate is adjusted upward.

I brought my truck into Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil and transmission fluid service. It was running completely fine when I arrived. Less than FIVE minutes after leaving the shop, I started experiencing serious electrical issues that I had NEVER had before. Whenever I go above about 3,500 RPM, my voltage gauge spikes and overcharges. My radio shuts off, and the electrical system goes haywire. This started immediately after the service -- not days later, not weeks later -- but right after pulling out. Before this visit, my truck had zero charging issues. Now I'm dealing with what appears to be alternator overcharging or wiring damage -- something that can destroy a battery and electrical system if not handled properly. What made this even worse was the way it was handled. When I called to explain what was happening and ask for help, they hung up on me. That is completely unprofessional. I trusted them with a simple fluid change. Instead, I left with a potentially expensive electrical problem and zero accountability. Very disappointed.
