I bought some tires and they called me in the morning asking me what kind of car they were going on and after I told them they said they were not allowed to sell them to me because of their policy. How I use the tires I spend my money on should not concern them. read more

Never come back again. They just want to charge you. Don't care about your safety. I came there with a tiny nail on my tire. They didn't want to repair it just wanted to replace my 3 month old tire. I didn't want to do so asked them to put my tire back so i can brought it home so my husband can fix it. They told me it's not safe to drive with that tire. But came out they pumped the air to over 50 psi( which recommended only 42 psi). It was very dangerous. And i have 2 kid in the car with me. They don't even care about your safety. Discount Tire - They said they can repair it. Need to be replaced - Tires Near Me - Gainesville, Georgia

This Discount Tire saved the day today after the Walmart Auto Center across the street received mismatch tires from its warehouse for me and could not rectify the situation in a timely fashion. I need tires TODAY as my rear tires had wire showing. They were able to order the correct matching tire and have it delivered by the time I got off work and installed the tires for me when I returned. Great customer service and reassurance from everyone there. Thank you, so much! read more

They broke my beauty band. They said they were sorry. They gave no intention to replace. So I told them they must replace. They say ok, but never hear back from them. So I go by and then they say we got u. We take care of that, BUT AGAIN NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM. so unless ur willing to use 100 hours of your time. And $1,000.00 of ur dollars to try to recoupe ur losses. GOOD LUCK. It's very unprofessional to break a customer's item and not jump on making things right. They don't care. They care zero. They only care to pull money out of your pocket and put it into there's. It's a opertunity for them to SHINE but they fail to the opertunity as well. This Gainesville store sucks. I could have bought a new set of tires for the losses they have encountered me into. Will not, can not do business with them again as this is TWICE they have failed me in 4 years. Good bye Gainesville ga location. No good. Don't use. Beware beware beware. Today is my 4th request. I told a employee I'd not post a bad review if he take care of THE PROBLEM. His name is Gabe and he has ignored me and took care of everyone but me. read more

Of course when you get a flat tire, it is never planned. I work out of town weekly and I knew I had to go home the next day, but was stuck at work with a donut placed by the tow company. I called this location and they worked with me same day and I am forever grateful. They allowed me to bring my vehicle on my lunch break and had it set to the side for me when I got off work so I didn't have to miss a beat. The price was fair and I got a warranty on my tire. They kept me in the loop about everything. I'm grateful they took me same day! read more

If there was a rating above great that is what I would be giving Taylor at Gainesville Discount Tire. Taylor was instrumental in coordinating with the Panama City Discount Tire to resolve my two tire mishap while vacationing. This allowed my wife and I to enjoy more of our time vacationing and not dealing with a tire issue. The details of this transaction is that the DT in PC could not find the two tires necessary to make my set whole. PC DT recommended that I call the online DT who could not find the tires I needed. I called Taylor in Gainesville, Ga. while in Florida and he sorted out getting the tires as well as how to handle the exchange with the guys at the DT in Florida. End result was Taylor finding two discontinued/out of production tires which I needed for a matching set. I can't thank Taylor enough for what he did making this big problem seem small. Great job!! read more

Super friendly staff, Jairo was super knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Job was done super fast and the online appointment was the best read more

I'm unfamiliar with the Gainesville area, and while I was driving around I felt my car feel wobbly, I pulled to the side of the road and I noticed I had a flat tire, with my knowledge I knew how to take care of situation like this but what made my day even better was they understood my situation and quickly brought me in with no appointment needed. They took care of all the importance in less than an hour. And to make it even more complicated, at the time I was with my two month old puppy. They were very understanding and helpful. read more

Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire and within a couple days, they were able to get my tire in. I had to call a couple of times to get an ETA, but the guys had no issue giving me the updates. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person were extremely nice. Efren, I believe was his name, tried to help me out with being a walk in and did not fail. A customer walked in 2 minutes before closing and did not complain. This is my second flat tire within a year and have never been disappointed. I've gone to a few other discount tires with my family, but the Gainesville location definitely stands out. read more

Once again Ramon and his crew stepped up beyond the call of duty. I needed a single tire to match a set of Goodyear tires on my Jeep. The Goodyear Wrangler Radials with raised lettering is no longer available. They found one in Denver and had it FedEx to Gainesville at no charge. They proceeded to install and balance all wheels. My jeep is now tracking true and stable. I'll continue to count on Discount Tire in Gainesville for consistently outstanding customer service! Discount Tire is the only place to buy tires! read more

I was instructed to return at a certain time to have all four tires replaced. I did, and still had to wait for a lengthy period. I fussed and offered to return the following day, but they promised to get my car on the lift within 10 minutes, which they did. If I need more tires (doubtful), I'll make an early morning appointment. read more

No one enjoys sitting and waiting, it's right up there with unplanned dentistry. However, these folks treat you right! I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Free rotation since I purchased my tires from them at Christmas (or my father-in-law did). Sunny room to sit in and read while my car, Penny, was treated right. Customer service at its best! I'll be back in 10,000 miles! CORRECTION: Ok, I was actually back within ten minutes after retrieving a new boot for my first drivers' side tire which they could not install because they didn't have the right tool YET they could remove it? Interesting, right? I drive home, assured I was safe, at a snail's pace since my car was shaking. After going to The Tire Barn, I was informed they stripped the bolt and then did not set my tire correctly which could have been "unsafe driving conditions" according to my new tire friends. Lesson learned; don't be sweet talked and make sure whatever work is performed is SAFE and honest. Luckily, I nor my Mini Cooper were harmed. read more

Staff is so friendly and efficient, always in and out with an appointment. Will always come here for anything tire-related!

The absolute best experience ever, very attentive to detail and taking care of my car which is a Tesla model 3 performance.

There was a bit of a burp, ordering, then coming in. Ooops. Long, un-necessary details there. Customer service actually begins when something goes wrong. The manager, Nick, stepped up. Ordered me a superior set of tires and had me come back in. Nice. The man who installs the tires, Adam, jumped right in. Got me into the garage and a couple of guys, Adam included, acted like my business meant something to them. Woot! I'll be send my business to them from now on Way to go guys!!! read more

I have had tires replaced here on two occasions. These guys are fast. The staff here doesn't loaf around in the shop. It's not uncommon to see them running and jumping around. Even when they are busy I've never had a wait more than an hour. These guys multitask very well. No wasted effort or sitting around waiting. The prices here are competitive. I hear they price match, but I haven't had to have that done! Their prices have always been the best on my vehicles (one SUV and one sedan). These guys only do tires, so you don't have to worry about them hassling you for an alignment or new brakes, etc. they will let you know if your tires were not evenly worn and suggest you get it looked at if needed. read more

This is the only place you should go for tires!!!!! I've bought several tire from this location and they are the best. The customer service is awesome, they crank out the service, and they do it with a smile. Every time I've been there for my free tire rotation or free air, everyone is nice. Last night they were super busy but busted through the work load with gusto. I always say I'm going to write a review but after last night's performance, i couldn't wait any longer. Way to go guys, keep up the good work! read more

I would have given Ramon a ten but you limited me to five!!! Ramon went above a beyond to take care of me and my car during a very stressful situation. This review is long overdue. We live in the Atlanta area but were spending a long weekend in Cashier, NC. On my drive up to Cashier, I had to serve off of the road to avoid a car that had strayed over the center line. While trying to pull back onto the road, I tore a hole in the inside side wall of the tire. This happened late on a Friday afternoon. I tried to find a service station or tire store that might be able us to help us but without a success. The next morning (Saturday), I tried to find any tire store that might have a tire (245 45 R18), again without success. In searching for the nearest Discount Tire Store we found the Gainesville, Ga. I called the store and talked with Ramon. He found a used tire that we could mount on the car, allow us to finish our long weekend and replace once we returned to Atlanta. When we got to the store, Ramon was ready and waiting with the used tire, and when he found we had the road hazard warranty he, got us in immediately, mounted and balanced the new tire and sent us on our way without charging. These days it's easy to be cynical and accept mediocre service. Nick, Ramon and the entire Gainesville Discount Tire staff have made me believe that excellent service is alive and well at their store. Ramon, I cannot thank you enough for your assistance. read more

I bought my tires with Discount tire and bought the additional warranty that the employee advised to purchase for an additional $100. When I came by to do a routine inspection of my tires they told me I had to make an appointment so I did even though I just needed my tires check for a leak. Today I showed up and another excuse was given to me as to why I had to wait even though I made my appointment. I told the employee Joel that all I needed was my tires checked for a leak and he said I was 10 minutes late so he couldn't do it anymore. I seriously would have junk about doing business with discount tire because as long as you're not buying anything they forget all about the warranty you purchased and would not honor it. I would recommend going to Walmart they are a lot cheaper. Discount tire only has time if they're getting money from you read more
