I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

October 24th you picked my car up with me explaining the circumstances as well as one could do. I explained everything as detailed as I could. Not once did you mention that you had customers lined up and it would be over 2 weeks out. I showed you the engine when you picked up payment and also explained I am waiting on a transmission and I would need it back quickly. I was quoted a week. I left you alone and let you work. I followed back up based off what you said, and you explained you need it longer and you had others in front of me as well as working another job. This was explained after you had my car at your location I have a shop that can back me up on this and explain that this car was not heavily rusted at all. The only thing that we needed to paint was the engine bay nothing more. I tried to stay in contact with you along the way because I explained I needed to get this engine installed so that if there is a problem, it's under warranty and it does not expire. This job lasted 2 weeks and the towing was supposed to be included. You never told me that you did not have a trailer to haul vehicles. I did not find this out until the day of when you said it was supposed to be complete that you could not get a trailer. Then, you rushed with my car, don't worry I'll post the pictures of the engine bay and the communication that we had via text. The way that you treated me was unfair and completely unprofessional and I am so embarrassed that I gave you any work. I hope this gives warning to anyone that reads this. This relationship has been probably over 4 years that Roderick and I had and is now down the drain.
