I have gone through so much shit with these people. they do not communicate with one another, they are always quoting a different payoff and there business practice sucks. i will be so glad to rid myself of these people! if you just have to have wheels go someplace else! do not go to browns bridge rent a wheel. I make a payment and they still dam call every dam day and are always quoting me a different and higher got dam payoff. I am going to my bank in person and I am going to have them pull my records so that I 'll have the proof of every fucking payment. when I asked for my payoff on 1/22 I was quoted 299. and some cent. I get another phone call this morning and of course because of their terrible communications did not see the payment I just made until i reminded him and then his ass tells me my payoff is still in the high muthafucking 4's! when I for the payoff quote of 299 to be sent so I would have this in writing I was told they cannot send this but if I came in i could get it. wtf! If you just have to have wheels....do not, I warn you and I promise you this is real and true, you will be making one huge, giant, humongous....mistake. once I am finished I will never, ever, make the mistake going there ever again and if ever asked I wouldn't ever refer anyone, anyone, anyone to this place. real talk people! Continuation: So, I just called rent a wheel corporate and I had the displeasure of speaking with someone named Paul. Now his mutmuthafucking ass....let me.know why this places is the way it is. He was a disrespectful fucking asshole! His attitude was stank! So dam stank that I no longer felt confident in his ability to rectify any situation I may be having and I no lo get even wanted to speak with his ass...so I hung the fuck up! And, this was corporate. This call explained a whole lot. It showed why the turn over is so great and why the employees fell like they can treat customers like shit. What pisses me off the most is the fact that I haven't ever, I MEAN ever missed one got dam fucking payment and they hound me as of I am one of those customers they ha e to fucking chase! I was making full payments until I was laid off and even after being laid off I have made payments. What the fuck?!! I went in to see the variety of rims and initially I wasn't planning to purchase any rims today. I met with Ivan who is one of the mangers, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He showed me a variety of rims that would look nice on my vehicle, he didn't pressure me, he gave me space & let me browse the various selection. Ivan was available to answer any questions that I may have had. He placed the rims next to vehicle, so I can visualize how they would look on my ride. Ivan was very knowledgeable regarding how the rims would effect the ride & gas mileage, I relied heavily on his input in my decision process. At first I was on the line about making a purchase, but after Ivan explained the process & various payment options; I had to get these rims. I knew if I didn't make my purchase today these rims would not be here if I can back. I am very glad I made my purchase today. Purchased tires on Monday , pulled out of the lot not even 20 mins my tire light comes on and non of my tires are registering, called up to verify sensors were put in and as I'm sitting here looking at my old sensors on my old wheels they told me i wasn't charged and so i called over to Stone Mountain location where i know few of the guys and they tell me i was charged for the sensors when Gainesville location told me i wasnt charged. Now i have to ride around with my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I won't be back nor sending any more people out because now this an inconvenience too me the CUSTOMER when it should have been done RIGHT the FIRST TIME ! read more

You need to go to this rent a wheel location....Jay and the fellas in Gainesville, GA got me a sweet set of wheels and tires, better than i imagined, and for alot less than i expected. They make my Tahoe look mean in a good way. Very nice people, I had been looking for rims everywhere that day. I spent all day looking at different locals and they all made it hard on me so I decided to make a final stop here it was around 5:30 and they closed at 6 that day! So the guy told me to come back the next day and I talked to him about me coming an hour away and stuff. So they were really kind enough to stay that day and put the rims on my car!
